Deleting Rb30 Water Lines

Hi, just a quick question.

i am about to assemble my engine and want to know if i can block off the two circled water feeds.

my plan is to block off one with a bung and the other with a frost plug.

i am not running a heater core or anything outside the block that needs water. turbo is oil cooled only and TB does not need water going to it.

I believe this questions was asked a while ago and XKALABA or GTRPSI (can't exactly remember) said that yes, those lines are able to be blocked. My plan was to link the two using the standard hose, and use the small fitting on the rear bard as water feed for my turbo. Any info by people more experienced is welcome!

Hi iruvyouskyrine,thanks for that , i did do a search but i have found the SAU search function to be hit and miss.

does anyone know if doing this will cause a air lock/bleeding issue?

The heater isn't there to help bleed the cooling system, it's to heat the car. Removing it and locking the lines won't are bleeding harder.
