So the fibreglass bumper had been run in to a few too many shopping centre tyre stopper thingys and it was all cracked and broken, end result was taking the bumper off to re fibreglass and sanded it all down then chucked it back on and just left it unpainted :)
The front Upper camber arms, lower control arms, tie rods and ball joints have been replaced, the rear had new 15mm spacers put in (the arms and bushes all seemed to be in relatively good shape) and new BC Racing coilovers all round (so now its nice and safe on the road), sitting about 15mm lower than standard with slotted rotors on the front because they seem to be the "go-to" these days
