massive traffic at boronia rd/stud road intersection. Saw a tow truck fly up to the front. As I got to the front of the intersection, saw the tow truck loading up a car with a couple of police cars on the right lane. In between the cop car and tow truck was a person talking to a huge video camera...probably for the tv show HWY Patrol... Pretty silly to be causing so much traffic for a tv show /CSB ; look out for a black r32 driving behind the person being interviewed on camera haha

update: disconnecting the plug from the hicas ecu, removes the HICAS dash light when key turned to ignition.
