  2. twas. All he could get me for was my bleed valve. Which was covered in duct tape and shoved under the intercooler piping. It got slightly moved when the power steering lines were customized. Cop had his massive flashlight and was viewing the turbo from every angle to find it. His only mission was to find a boost controller and was set on finding one... 4yrs of daily driving in Knox/Rowville, it was only time until an epa showed up After all of this, will just run an adjustable actuator and prob get one of those legal exhausts from racepace. Then they can go and get f**ked.
  3. Hello, Does anyone have a standard airbox or catback for r32 which I could borrow? Thanks for your help

  8. only wires I can think of which are behind the intake manifold is the plug for the IACV valve (Idle air control valve). Might explain bad start as mentioned in your title? Take note of the brown plug to the right of the photo. Do you have those wiring? (disregard the red circles)
  9. yeah I got nistune. I dont recall any problem before/after the tune, but the car was only retuned the day before the drags so cant remember if it was playing up before. I will log the sensors on the weekend and see what it reveals. Might also splice into into the o2 sensor wiring and see if its the same voltage as whats shown on the consult readout. To be continued...

  24. lol you are mentioning track racing techniques to a person who has never experienced oversteer. My comments/tips are directed towards the general driver who have no idea how to react/control any oversteer through counter-steering etc. For a person who has never experienced controlling a car through a slide, the safest and easiest method is to jump on the brakes. You cannot explain counter-steer and power-out over the internet and last thing we want is people trying it when they cross up on the street. Hence it is advisable to do a driver training course where they show and teach you the difference between jumping on the brakes, and then applying counter steering. (As done by Driver Dynamics on the Split Lane surface braking) Yes, you could come out better by counter-steering but I'll be telling my mum to jump on the brakes when her commodore starts to step out, not to counter steer and power out. The people who have done defensive driving would be aware of the differences in jumping on brakes and counter steering, but its something you need to experiment safely first hand instead of reading tips off the internet. Comprehendei?
