  1. haha well you seem to know whats going on. Make one up and earn some quick cash
  2. fyi I was meant to have a track day this saturday but pulled out due to car problems and no one said that my cooling setup has been finished. Twin thermo setup + shroud (AU falcon) is the next step, depending on the clearance. (else flex-a-lite low profile thermo setup) I have a hyundai getz as a backup car, but i will continue to drive my car as a daily and not have it looking pretty in the garage. So all im saying is, dont assume what my car will be used for because it makes you look silly. The r32 has always been aimed at being a track oriented car because in the future I will be buying new cars but this car will always be sticking around as its not worth selling. /drunkl
  3. Thanks for the links Trent. Cant find user manual for the Drift controller so unsure how it exactly works. Im leaning towards the Spal thermo controller which can control two fans independently and loads them up gradually from 50% to 100% if temperature increases. Stops two thermos turning on at 100% and draining my car of electricity haha. Looking into fitting an AU thermo shroud as many have done in the past. If it doesnt fit, ill go down the path of your flex-a-lite low profiles. Oh how i wish you still did mechanical work on another note (if you see this reply); had to replace the gtr injectors 440cc with 550cc due to leaks!. Is there a way I can limp the car down to your place for a tune? Cheers
  4. well what way do you think im going to use my car? It has always been built with the intention of being a track car (its why the car isnt running around with cheap coilovers, bodykits, hellashit rims and other rice cosmetics) If i wanted to be a hardparker like yourself i wouldnt have bothered with the setup. With any track oriented car, the idea is to have proper cooling. cheers big ears
  5. On another note; Now this is a radiator You can see why I had to rip out the engine fan to make it fit haha.
  6. lol? how come. What did you wear to get in?
  7. Hey, Thanks for that, let me do some reading up on it to see if it can do what I am after. Ill try and find a user manual. Cheers
  8. Cant find an instruction manual for it. The site doesnt say much about its functions which is a pain.
  9. nistune ecu
  10. thanks for that, Found this; http://autospeed.com.au/cms/title_Electron...77/article.html Has a temp on and cut off. Although im not sure how to wire in that if AC is on that it is always on... Any chance you know where the 12v Aircon trigger wire should connect on the relay? Thanks
  11. Found this but no mention of how to hook up to AirCon load http://autospeed.com.au/cms/title_Electron...77/article.html Im guessing you connect the 12v aircon trigger signal onto the relay somewhere?
  12. Hey, Needed to replace my engine fan due to larger radiator. Went down the thermo-fan path and now need a controller! I am after a thermo fan controller which reads water temp sensor (better to get another water temp sensor), can define a turn-on temperature (85degrees) and turns off when reaches another temperature (80degrees) and turns on constantly when AC is on. What is the best option to do this? I have found; http://www.spalusa.com/store/main.aspx?p=i...item=FAN-PWM-V3 but they want $160usd for it O_o Thanks for the help
  13. ?? On another note; My engine fan has been replaced with a thermo fan due to the larger radiator. Anyone know a good thermo fan controller? Im after one which reads ecu water temp signal, can set trigger point (85degrees) and will turn off when it reaches another set point. (80degrees) Now go
  14. Would this be Super Car club? http://www.pickles.com.au/cars/?contentId=1844
  15. haha sounds like time and effort which i cbf
  16. fuuuuuuuu its been like 2 weeks without the car. Getting the itch, will still take an extra week until the bloody injectors arrive + installing Have to drive the damn Hyundai Getz -__- Anyone have a decal printer? I want to make a sticker "Getz Stuffed" for the rear window and "Mazdarati" on the parents' mazda
  17. You can get good prices for Sard injectors on ebay.
  18. dress code is sneakers, no collar shirt and jeans apparently

  20. An oldie; Last month a world-wide survey was conducted by the UN. The only question asked was:- "Would you please give your honest opinion about solutions to the food shortage in the rest of the world?" The survey was a huge failure because of the following: 1. In Eastern Europe they didn't know what "honest" meant. 2. In Western Europe they didn't know what "shortage" meant. 3. In Africa they didn't know what "food" meant. 4. In China they didn't know what "opinion" meant. 5. In the Middle East they didn't know what "solution" meant. 6. In South America they didn't know what "please" meant. 7. In the USA they didn't know what "the rest of the world" meant. 8. In Australia they hung up as soon as they heard the Indian accent.
  21. ceebs doing it properly, you get the point haha
  22. Depending if its a china spec aftermarket radiator, majority of them have a smaller water temp sensor thread. So will have to modify it to fit the factory sensor. If its a larger radiator, the shroud will not have enough clearance and you may need to trim it and/or replace the thermo fan with a different size etc I have an aftermarket radiator being fitted onto my car now, needed to buy a new thermo fan and trim the shroud.
  23. except the Vehicle identification number With that view you could say that a gtst with a GTR bodykit and rims is a GTR /troll
