?? Im confused Look if the photos were free then I would be 100% on your side and telling Birds to shut the hell up But seeing as you are requesting payment for the photo ($200 for an original size), I can see where Birds is coming from cause after all its a business transaction. He said he isnt going to spend $200 to see a bit of his car.... I personally dont see a need to threaten the club of leaving because Birds couldn't justify purchasing a photo which barely had his car in it? Im sure if the photos were released for free, then Birds would have no reason to complain! Its the price tag associated with the photos which is causing the issue me thinks... On another note; Very nice photos! Note: Birds and I love a good discussion on the interwebz

Its on Bay Street, Brighton this friday. Says to be there at 7pm so any time between 6:30pm - 715pm would be ideal. Any later and everyone would probably be going inside? Not sure. Ticket says at 7pm. Let us know if you can make it, as a blue r34 gtr would be tops! haha gold comment about the bus joke. They sure would be! They are interested in the yellow r34, ill keep you updated on the final picking Sorry for not stating earlier, looking for a meet up point at Glen Waverly. Still looking for cars! We need 3 cars total! Thanks all!

Hey, My brother and his friends need some rides to his yr12 formal. They happy to chip in $30 per person for your time/petrol (thats like $200 if you own a mini-van!! ) They may chip in more depending on the car obviously. Looking at either r34 GTR's, r35 GTR and/or any classic cars etc. Looking around 2-4 cars (mini cruise yo~) Its on this friday at 7pm and the formal is at Brighton. Please let me know if you are willing to help!!! I asked 4yrs ago for my own formal rides and many sau people were happy to help! I hope the generosity of sau hasnt changed for the worse over the past 4yrs Quick shout out to Paulr33, bass junky, adzmax and another r34 (cant remember name) who carted my arse to the formal many moons ago Thanks All! - Patrick

on old rules there is nothing wrong with upgraded exhaust and intercooler. Thats about all you can really do. Larget turbos, boost controllers, ecu tunes, larger injectors etc are all illegal regardless of P-Plates or not.

lol. Tilt sensor would just set off the alarm if the car has been tilted. ie. being lifted onto flat bed. With the alarm going off and car being put onto a flat bed, any person walking past will just assume its council moving an illegally parked car etc. Pretty much no one will care if a random cars alarm is going off and if the criminals are well organised to have a flat bed and move your car onto it, an alarm isnt going to do much to them. Professional thieves wont be phased with any alarm system/gadgets because they would know how to get around them or act when they are ringing etc What you should aim for is to stop the local junkie/derro smashing into your car for the headunit or a joyride. Thats when a decent alarm like the mongoose m80, club lock, window tint and hiding valuables will help. I wouldnt waste $150 for the tilt sensor, id instead use that money for glass break sensor, ultrasonic sensors or microwave sensor. This way the alarm will go off if the window is broken and if anyone is standing too close to the car. The chances of it being stolen by pro's with flatbeds are pretty slim, id put my money down on the local derro having a go first then again i cant be held responsible if it catches the eyes of the pro's but im sure there are much better cars to pick from if they going into all that effort. Cheers

The hype about ethanol is that it eats natural rubber and the media is claiming that rubber hoses/gaskets etc can be worn from using ethanol. But this depends on what type of material the car company has used for their fuel hoses/gaskets. Also ethanol has very good cleaning properties. Another issue with using it in older cars is that the ethanol will clean all the dirt/gunk from the fuel tank/hoses etc and clog up the fuel filter. So when switching over to ethanol its best to replace the fuel filter a couple of times until its been all cleaned by the ethanol. These are 2 major factors when using biodiesel in diesel cars which has a much larger concentrate of ethanol >10% E10 unleaded only has 10% so its very small in comparison to biodiesel and hence any rubber damage should be none/minimal*. It all depends on the material Nissan used for their fuel hoses etc. You could always fill up a jar of E10, place a piece of rubber hose in there and see if there will be any changes over a long period. I believe in 2011+ they will be phasing out regular unleaded petrol and replacing it with Ethanol Unleaded. So we will probably be using it in a couple of years.. *The above is based on some research ive done, i do not take any responsibility to any wear/tear caused by using ethanol based fuels in your car

I applied for the graduate position for cadbury, got denied after the interview haha

haha its my friends car He wanted to tag along and get some photos of his car too

what you mean 'jumping'? airpod shouldnt cause any issues like that, its just an exposed filter. Only thing i can think of is if its misfiring past 5000rpm but that would be related to worn out coilpacks and not related to airpod

Status Tuning (Located Dandenong South) http://www.statustuning.com/ Does a Motul 300v Oil Service deal; oil + filter + labour for $200 total last time I checked. I think this only includes oil change and no other fluid top ups or roadworthy checks? I could be wrong though.. They would no doubt have other general service packages which would include the extra's, best to call them up and to find out what they offer. 300v is real good but it is pricey. When I switched from Martini to 300v the car was much more responsive and felt real smooth. However if its a daily there shouldn't be any issues using the lower grade motul oils. From my experience, ReCustoms http://www.recustoms.com.au offer a general service around the $150-200 mark which includes oil changes + all fluid topup's and a quick check over of the car, best to contact them as price/options may have changed. Both of these workshops are great Hope that gives you an idea, best is to just call them both and see what they offer in their service packages.

If You Weren't Allowed A Nissan What Would You Drive?
Rekin replied to Tony de Wonderful's topic in WA Wasteland
Hsv Coupe 4 (awd v8 coupe ) Although they rare and still expensive. So I would opt for a monaro or regular hsv coupe (around the $20-$30k) But thats because Ive stuffed around with turbo cars already and would want to try a v8 now. So if I never had the nissan, id prob look at a cheap xr6 turbo or a aw11 mr2 supercharged cause they look like a fun car to throw around haha -
holy moly that looks awesome! Even my new coat of black paint isnt that shiney! not fair So when you going to do my car?

did you change to an aftermarket steering wheel? Did you use an appropriate adapter which works with hicas? Did you have this problem before the change of steering wheel?
-
nah hicas boss kit is just an adapter you need to use when you try and fit an aftermarket steering wheel. If you have standard steering wheel ignore everything ive said
