real nice grey r32 gtr at boundary road mcdonalds around 1pm. Had no gtr wing, n1 lip instead. Black rims with nismo stickers on them. Custom rego too but cant remember

Jinxed my self. Minor defect for 3 bald tyres Least that means I can use up whats left of them at deca now before i have to report to vicroads in 7 days

last time i went there they had a smashed up/burnt white r32 gts Not much left of it though

why do problems always pop up the couple of days before deca My cars idle is playing up and oil leak from rocker cover gaskets. Trying to get it all fixed before friday haha Hopefully it will be all sorted by Friday evening

hmm thing is i have a z32 afm, splitfires, and a tune done only couple of months ago and its started to act up now. Im thinking it must be something really simple like a hose or something as the problem just popped out of nowhere...

Ill be cruising up friday too, but would be aiming to leave around the 7pm mark (get there about 10:30pm) Interested in cruising up with others if a time/place is set.

Hey, My car had just recently started to have a hunting idle. My tuner decided to richen up the idle via Nistune and bumped the ignition timing electronically from 15deg to 20deg. This smoothed out the roughness of the hunting but it didnt get rid of it. Ive also noticed that after increasing the ignition timing to 20deg I have a problem with cold start. When I start the car up in the morning now and leave it to idle (ignition timing 40deg, fluctuates 41/42) I can hear it missing now and the car shuddering each time it happens. Idles remain 900rpm+ but can hear missing until i move off and warm up the car eventually. Anyone know what the problem could be? The car was running perfectly before the hunting idle began and richening the idle has just created more problems haha. Although i cant understand how the rich idle is causing the car to missfire on cold idle? Ill be cleaning the AAC valve on the weekend, but just wanted to know if there is anything else which might be causing the initial hunting idle? Thanks

Funky's car cover is a Nissan factory accessory when the R32 was released. You would need to search yahoo auctions and try and find a second hand one floating around. Although i believe they are quite rare.

haha i saw a red R35 gtr with GTTTR plates. All the new R35 owners are snapping up every and any combination which spells out GTR

yeah i think they cant touch your car. I remember when I was pulled over and told them that the tyre place-card is in the glovebox. They asked me to open it instead of them. If they cant open bonnet/look in glovebox how can they start pulling off the kickpanel? To get mine off you have to unscrew the skyline plate and then the couple of screws holding the kick panel...

gtr injectors are fine with the standard rb20 fuel rail from my experience. Havent had any issues. Just swapped over the gtr injectors and wired in the resistor pack (search the forum for more information on gtr injector install) Forgot fuel pump on my list. Either a gtr pump or a new bosch 040 pump. Headlights are a grey area. The projector style headlamps were more popular in series 2 r32's (1991-1993) which came with full yellow/amber indicators and different interior material and slight changes. Series 1 r32's (1988-91) came with different style headlamps and clear/yellow indicators. Majority of the time N1 headlamps are confused with the standard series 1 headlamps as they look similar. Forum has more info about them, give a search. I think funkymonkey said in a thread somewhere the main differences between them.

lol yes thats right. They also had different looking stock rims. (according to my r32 brochure) Didnt want to confuse the fella Very very rare to find a non typeM so a regular buyer of a r32 will only stumble across typeM's
