  1. Hey, Bought a r32 airbox from a sau trader, didnt fit at all so sent it back to SAU Trader for a refund. He said that he will send a r33 airbox, i sent him a PM telling him it wont fit in my r32. After 3 weeks of sending him emails/PM's with no response, out of the blue i have a r33 airbox arrive to my place..... so much for the credibility of SAU traders.... Just want this to be over and done with, anyone willing to purchase it off me? just want my money back.. Item: R33 cold air Air-Box Location: Victoria, Ferntree Gully (would prefer pick up or meet somewhere) Age: Received Today Condition: Black fibreglass mould Price: $100firm Pics: Thanks all Patrick
  2. couldnt fit my brothers bike into my 2dr r32, told him to ride back home haha I remember my friend bragging about getting his bike into his r32 gtr so i guess its possible? Probably need to pull it all apart though lol
  3. note; only a direct bolt on for r33's for r32's it will require the outlet to be welded on the other side of the smic ~$50 job
  4. haha, i parked in a 1hr zone, came back to car and saw chalk on the tyres. Moved car to second level of carpark and wiped off chalk. Come back to car and fine on window If i had a regular common car he wouldnt remember it from the previous hour where he marked my tyre
  5. i just purchased on second hand and will be receiving shortly. At the moment i have a R34 Sidemount, but the ARC sidemount (104mm thick core) is 50% larger than the r34 smic. People say the r34 smic is rated to about 230kw~ so the ARC sidemount should have no issues with that power range.

    What Battery?

Whats a good battery which will cope with a future sound system (2 amp's etc) and fit in the r32 battery tray area? Im assuming ill also need my battery terminals changed? Thanks
  7. i only purchased half a metre, 1mtre cost $18~ on another note, the material was much softer than i expected. Might put a wire frame under the material, as the foam will no doubt get sucked on full boost etc
  8. +1 for clark rubber! did it today took me about half an hour $9 for the material
  9. i stumbled across this website; http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=804223

  11. Hey, When downshifting the most correct term expressed by everyone is to; clutch in - shift neutral - let go of clutch - rev match - clutch in - change to lower gear Although playing around whilst driving doing the following step seems to work also; clutch in - neutral - rev match - change gears Why do people always mention to let go, rev, clutch in when the single clutch method seems to work exactly the same? Thanks Patrick
  12. haha just buy the one i keep seeing driving around on burwood highway Several times parked outside burwood mcdonalds too

  18. You can buy the addon to the mongoose alarm; GSM pager http://mongoose.com.au/accessories/index.p...roduct_id=MTP-3 I think it cost about $300 last time i asked for a quote (1 year ago) but for that price might be better off getting the GSM/GPS unit in the groupbuy for $300 (although it doesnt have an alarm trigger wire, so will need some playing around to get it to sms you when alarm activated )
  19. its been raining all day, so much for the predicted warm sunny thursday lol Although predictions say tonight will be clear and fine. Carwash will still be on, we'll make it 8:30pm so people who can make it on 9pm wont miss out on much
  20. what time do people want the Thursday carwash?
  21. weather.com.au are predicting showers on Thursday during the day. If we wash cars tonight, they'll just get dirty tomorrow during the day.. im available only on Thursday, but if the majority want tonight then there is no reason why they cant go
  22. im thinking thursday night at about 8-8:30pm As the dyno day is on Friday, the cars will be clean for the day
  23. ive swapped over from bp to shell and car runs much better Not to mention saving 6cents per litre (4cent coupon + spend $2 in store for 2cents off ) Okay then; I guess no one has any issues againts bp carwash on stud road?
  24. the range of pager alarm's isnt great. Especially with surrounding cars and you sitting in buildings, you'd be lucky at all to get a signal at all
