  2. are spectators (or possibly passengers) allowed to attend the day? or is this a private closed function? Wouldnt mind watching emsta lose it Will be sure to make it for November if i dont have any uni exams
  3. ooo not bad. If you're after any info or places to get gearbox recon'd try www.japanesegearbox.com.au When i went there, they had no r33 gearboxes, only r32 rebuilt boxes. Not sure if they as good as the one you stated, but if you're looking around for quotes doesn't hurt to give them a call
  4. lol imagine the amount of money the insurance would have to fork out for claim haha doubt the owner would care if he had insurance for the car
  5. real keen on this, although that depends if i get my new clutch put in before 8th Sep. Keep us updated on the available spots closer to the date and I might squeeze in if there is a spot still open
  6. not exactly why it was causing it, but when i disabled the add-on it made SAU load perfectly. Deleted the add-on and will wait until they release a new version. Weird how it only happened once the forum was updated...
  7. SUCCESS!!1111 Turns out to be the ImageShack Image Uploader for Windows & FireFox causing the problem! As the add-on updated automatically, it slipped under my radar as to what had changed to cause the problem. I can whore SAU now!!1 Got some catching up to do now Cheers
  8. quick update; running FireFox in safemode seems to make SAU work again. Must be some add-on, plugin shared by both IE and Firefox which is conflicting with browsers Will keep testing to find solution
  9. ive double checked with cookies and made sau accept all cookies, it always worked before dont understand why it just stopped working when nothing was changed. still no luck
  10. yeah its deff a PC related problem although i cant fix it. If you view google cache of skylinesaustralia, its what im viewing on my pc. http://72.14.253.104/search?q=cache:_Ge3GC...;cd=1&gl=au Strange thing is, even if i use an anon proxy surfer, the website still displays all messed up. So its deff PC related Currently using FireFox 2.0.0.6 and was working fine before yesterday... Not sure whats causing this weird problem..
  11. I cant login on my computer to change skins, it just bumps me back to main page and still asks at the top to login etc
  12. Hey, For some unknown reason viewing skylinesaustralia.com on my computer has gone skitz. I always see the Invision Board logo and no avatars etc do not show. When i try and login it just bumps me back to the home page and im still logged out. This problem is on FireFox and Internet Explorer on my computer. Although other computers on my network seem to be fine (hence why im logged in now) Ive deleted all cookies, temp files, virus scan, spyware scan etc etc and i cant fix this damn issue I cannot whore SAU on my own pc and have to resort to using others Any help would be great Thanks Patrick Screenshots;
  13. DIY Thread; http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...=water+in+light Had similar problem, took to mechanic to reseal tail-light and got it done for $50. Not worth the effort for such a small price in my opinion
  14. It could be your connecting rod which has disconnected off the hot/cold flap. Common problem on the skylines and an easy fix. Look at the footwell of the front passenger area. Look up under the dash (behind the headunit) There should be a metal threaded rod which moves side to side. This should be attached to a plastic clip. Where abouts do you live again? I can drop by and have a look around for ya Shoot us a PM if you can be stuffed
  15. Put the handbrake up, and press the spoiler down button. Step outside and look under your factory r32 front bumper You will see a black lip sticking out. Press Spoiler up to lift back up or let go of handbrake. You should be able to hear it moving up and down as its quite loud (well for me anyways) It also pops down at 80km/h automatically and hence why you may have noticed a green light on the Down button. Im thinking of placing skylinesaustralia url sticker on the lip for kicks
  16. In case of worst case scenario; http://www.japanesegearbox.com.au/intro.html Located in Rowville Rebuilt rb20 gearbox syncro, seals, gears etc 6month warranty (if car is not modified) $985 trade in with your old box
  17. I have one rear hub if you are interested Shoot us a price
  18. dont forget the uras ns01's Dont classify my rims under teh dritek catagory I paid the extra for a reason lol
  19. wtf are you using the brush to wash your car?! You do know that they cause swirls in the paint :S My friend had to pay a nice sum of $300 at a detailer to get all the swirls removed off his brand new Honda...
  20. a small update; decided to remove the inner guard lining at the top, seemed the easiest way to end my troubles Majority of scrubbing has disappeared but the ocasional hard bump in the road and a dip will still cause it to scrub.. I think its scrubbing on the lip... My question is, should i; - Roll the lip on the guards - Put on 225/45's - Put on 235/40's Im hesitant on rolling the lip because once they are rolled they cant be restored back to original? or can they? Thanks

read in a wheels magazine, that petrol is at its cheapest ever when compared to several years ago. The price of water, electricity, food etc has increased by a much larger percentage than petrol and is more expensive. Article in December 2006 Wheels magazine Congrats on your purchase? Any pics yet? What uni do you go to?
  22. Attached in zip file are the Nissan font. Extract and place both files into C:\Windows\Fonts Type out 'NISSAN' and 'GTS-t' and you got a close enough match Although im not sure what font size needs to be used to get a perfect size for the sticker. Guess that comes down to trial and error Enjoy Patrick nissanfont.zip
  23. This happened to my friend; 14psi + standard rb20 turbo + flutter + couple of drags = I kept the ceramic bits and are sitting next to my PC
