haha ive converted mine to R134a. The power drain is huge, wouldnt dare turn it on whilst idling at lights When coming to a stop, i always put it into neutral and rev a bit so it doesnt stall it self

i also fill up on 1/4mark and get about 300km~

Hey, Friend wants to buy a car mainly for track. Which would be better for track racing; R32 GTS4 or R32 GTST GTS4 is heavier but has 4wd which wont be as easy to lose control. Although the gtst has less power loss in the drivetrain as its only rwd.. Any opinions would be great. Thanks all - Patrick

mineral spirits will remove any glue residue/oil residue on paint. Paint has been treated to withstand mineral spirits so there is no risk in using it. mineral will remove oils off paint, including wax (if you applied any), so best to re-apply wax in the area which was covered in spirits. Mineral spirits are a low cost version of body shop prep chemicals like Prepsol or Acrysol. They remove wax and other chemicals from the paint surface. Hey, Getting my r32 resprayed in its factory black colour (#732) but want to spice it up a bit by adding more flakes and/or pearl. Was thinking about adding more silver flakes and a red pearl. Would anyone happen to have any pics of a paint combination using black? On any car, pref on a r32. Thanks Patrick

Hey, When i got my car, my rear speakers never worked. So replaced them with some aftermarket ones and it still didnt work. So instead of trying to work out what was wrong I went down the aftermarket amp path. Just stumbled across a page which states that if you do not have your original headunit, then your active speakers will not function properly. I believe this is the reason why my rear speakers never worked. As my headunit was aftermarket from japan. I have clarion ipod adapter. Which allows you to control ipod via the clarion headunit. if the DXZ835MP is a 2006 model headunit, then it will work. due to other payments, i wont be purchasing an ipod, so if you're interested in purchasing it off me shoot us a PM. - Patrick

From what ive read, the vents allow air to escape when you close the door. Without the vents it will make your door harder to shut due to the air pressure inside. Not sure how true it is, but i still cut the vents in. I have my old parcel shelf which i used as a template onto the new wood i cut.
