  2. Hey, Have had this problem for a long time, but would like to fix it as the sound isnt really pleasing When i have the window down (at any height) the door seems to rattle around when driving. When i go up/down a speed hump you hear the door clank up/down to the movement. Also, when i turn a corner, or a u-turn, the door makes a loud rubber squeaking sound as the turn is made. Was really annoying on skidpan as all you could hear is the door rattling/squeaking. Im not sure what needs to be replaced to stop my driver door causing all of these sounds. Some people have mentioned that it is the window moving and not the door, but im pretty sure its not as ive put my arm on the window to stop any movement Other symptoms which could have some effect? - When the window is put down, it jolts the door on the first movement. - The rubber seal around the door clamp (near the light switch which turns on light when door opened) has peeled off, perhaps this is causing the extra movement? - Door doesnt seem to sag excessively. Thanks all - Patrick

  6. lol at Dezz comment haha yeah i know, AnDru is just being a noob but he is still being paid out for his mistakes in the past. (whether he has learnt from his mistakes is another question all together) He still being a noob and should just drop this discussion before it gets worse. You've got your answers now, let us post whores do our work now Havent had an interesting discussion with Dezz for a while Edit: You just ruined it all with that comment. GL HF. Might want a bigger shovel for that hole u digging
  7. mmm guess i didnt make myself clear, i meant was when HE tried to fit it he was unsuccessful. He wasnt taking an attack at the people offering different methods. As expressed by you in the previous post and Cheez who showed an alternative. It's the pointless attacks and the 10 people saying the same thing which had no relation to resolving his problem 10 people saying its illegal will not make the airbox magically fit... Edit; This thread should have stopped at the first reply as it was the direct answer to the thread. Cheers to Nismo Racer
  8. Going to put my 2c worth in Basically Andru was just asking for an airbox moulder and was not asking if it was legal. As he stated that his standard airbox did not fit, there is no doubt that he had looked into it before he bothered to post up about a custom airbox. Im sure if the box fix when he tried/researched, this thread wouldn't have even been made. As he believed he had no other option, a custom airbox may have been the possible alternative for his problem. R31Nismoid your comment about excessive was not needed as I believe it was just a direct attack for a minor comment he put in his first post. We are not hear to judge the actions of others, more so to help them if they have any questions. Regardless, perhaps TopStage may have left some kind of notice/answering message of their closure due to a holiday. If people just stick to answering the original question (topstage open and/or where another box can be moulded) then this argument wouldnt be happening. Although, Andru should show some respect to others when an opinion is given. Cheers
  9. Have similar problem. My car arrived from Japan with the current rims. Car has bolt on spacers to pass the calipers...These rims were made for GTR dimensions lol In my opinion, i'd go the spacers instead of chopping up calipers or rims.
  10. good luck finding on stock hoses for the r32 Ran around to burson, repco, autobarn for replacement hoses. Might need to order them in if you are keen from those shops.
  11. anz seems fine here?
  12. Just picked up radiator hose, ordered in the morning. Spoke to the guy and said they can get any skyline parts, as for the uncommon bits they can order them from Nissan Japan. Cheers
  13. ahh thats cool! Thanks for the quick response
  14. Hey, My friends headunit is from japan, Adzest? and it says 'CeNet' available. The Clarion ipod-headunit connector is called "Clarion CeNet Ipod interface EA1251" Will this CeNet adapter work for any headunit which has CeNet available? Or will it only work with Clarion headunits? Thanks - Patrick

  19. well he told me that, if i order the hose on monday morning, I will receive monday afternoon. Although, the same upper hose is used for the GTR, and they could have it on stock due to the car being locally delivered? Find it odd how they would have hoses on stock for a r32 gtst sitting somewhere if they were an overseas make.
  20. May as well post our own compression tests and compare results When i purchased the car (6months ago): 140, 135, 145, 140, 135, 145 Might do another compression test/leak down as I feel something isnt right with the idling...
