The interior and engine bay wasnt anything special. A couple of squirts of some liquid? (could have been a special interior cleaning product or regular soap), a wipe down and vacuuming of the car. Probably if you asked for a closer clean of interior and engine bay it would obviously take longer and probably cost more. His priority in my case was the exterior look of the car and thats what ate up the 2.5hrs of the 3hrs it took. Looking right now at the water jets, there seems to be a small white ring around them which ill probably remove tomorrow.

May I ask why you chose Melb Uni for eng/com ? Currently first year in uni and chose monash over melb uni. Monash and Melb-Uni both have same ENTER's so it comes down to preference i guess? Tute me in MatLab

Cost me $150 for interior, engine bay and exterior. Took about 3 hours to do and comes to your place. Was just about to buy a stock spoiler from a member but he was at deca for the week, but if a bigger spoiler pops up onto the market ill be sure to buy it Products he used were meguiar's cut/polish, wax and techwax from memory.

Im only recomending him due to his quality of work. He is already a sponsor of sau, and has plenty of sau-vic customers. I am only providing proof of work so others do not need to take a risk.

Might try eucalyptus oil as i dont want whole car smelling like petrol from the inside. Does the r32 gtr spoiler fit into the same holes as the stock r32 gtst wing? Reading around, to fix holes it will cost $300, rather put a gtst/gtr spoiler instead Also how much would it cost to respray spoiler to black? Thanks

Seeing as you mentioned racv, im assuming you live in victoria. Dont bother with RACV inspection I say. They charge $300 for a r32 and reading about the responses on the forum they dont seem to do a good job. Take it to any of the recommended workshops listed in the Victoria section. Ahh i just noticed that, look at my rear window cause i was peeling off that sunshade mesh applied to the window. Saw an imprint in the carpet of some sort of box which sat between the two rear speakers. Was wondering what was there. My rear window is covered with small specs of glue from the mesh which a peeled off. Only way ive managed to remove some is scratch with nails as a regular cloth doesnt do much. Anyone have a quick method to remove all this gunk off the window? Thanks

Anyone happen to have a stock black r32 gtst wing lying around? Might leave the gt spoiler brackets on and fix the other holes by mounting the stock spoiler back on! and if im bored attach both spoilers on for maximum downforce! hehe. Everyone seems to go spoiler-less or GTR wing so there must be plenty of them around. Hopefully someone could donate or offer one for a low price Thanks

Power outage due to wind lost my reply -.- So Ill make this reply short Prestige listed for $11k, i bought it for $13k, which allowed me to test drive and take to pre-inspection workshop before buying. A major service was included along with rwc and any problems found from inspection. Also being able to drive the car after paying, instead of waiting months for importing. I guess that could be worth the extra $2k? haha Vicroads bumped me back due to the CIN listed 16's when my car had 17's on. The guy was an asshole and just wanted to make my day worse. Seller swapped and removed wheels/spoiler free of charge and put it all back on. Have some weird sunshade applied to the rear window. Its like a tint but its mesh to block out the sun from ruining the interior im assuming. Well turns out nothing can stick on the mesh...My brake light fell off and so did my p-plate with blutac and suction cup. Will try and go back to seller to remove shade and re-apply the brake light. Spent about 15mins in carpark trying to turn off alarm as i didnt know which buttons on the keypad. I think the keypad battery is flat and hence no buttons were being recognised haha. That ecu reset seems like a good idea but first i need to work out how to disable this alarm Also like the induction sound from the apexi pod. nice and loud hehe. - Patrick

haha wtf. Pivot wasnt included but it had the sticky stuff which needs to be cleaned. Accident repair history? Im guessing it was the back. As my boot lid is missing stickers on both sides and probably had a respray. If it was serious racepace would have picked it up right? haha Dropped by at the meeting today for a short time. on the consumer information notice it stated, 225/50 R16 Nexen, but it didnt match up with the set of 17's i had on. So had to go back and swap them over. Removing the brackets off spoiler really pissed me off as it wasnt even an obstruction. Racepace said oil pressure is lowish. Car was sitting above E with 95ron and i quickly put in some 98ron from 7-11 as I couldnt wander off too far from the direct route to vicroads. (or get a fine if pulled over) Rare ocasions car idles like crap and isnt stable. Assuming its the 95+crappy 98. Might drop by to sau meeting today. Although ive never driven in the city and getting used to manual again. (have driven for 2months~) Another quick pic i took;

^^, car rego'd and sitting on my driveway. VicRoads were a c**t, they didnt give me rego because i had 17's instead of 16's and due to the spoiler. I removed the spoiler and left the brackets on, and he still said no. So i had to unbolt the friggen brackets which was hard enough as not all screws could have been accessed from the underbody of the boot lid. All good now, although my oil is low haha. Bank cheque created. Told Comm bank was buying a car and asked me if I want commbank car insurance. They said they will check up the quote for me and said I was declined haha. No suprise there Picking up car on Tuesday and taking to vicroads at 11am for rego. Should be legally on the road by 1pm. I could come to the sau vic meeting on the same day (15th) but i have to learn how to drive/park the huge thing (comparing to the auto Getz ive been driving) - Patrick

I called the seller and told him I'll pay via bank cheque, he wanted cash but i explained to him its the same thing? He may have thought i said Personal Cheque? although I have no idea between the both of them. Commerce isnt my strong point He told me the name to put the bank cheque under anyways so yeah..

Trying to organise the payment of the car but have a couple of questions. If i prepare a bank check for the seller, what happens after that? He takes the bank check to any branch and they give him the cash in hand? Im hearing stories about that they will only pay out cash if the seller goes to the same branch you issued the check, and that the bank wont issue out large sums of cash ie. $12750~. Could anyone clear this up as I do not really want to walk around with a large sum of money. Car will be ready on Saturday, and there is no way i can withdrawl that amount of cash by then. So I will get a bank check tomorrow and pick up car
