+1 everyone having a sook & forgetting the point; Paying for a concert for each individual international band/artist will cost a lot more than 1 festival & most artists wouldn't host their own concert as they cant justify the costs. If your taste in music is your aussie indi scene, then wait for a pub concert in some hipster suburb else festivals are good bang for buck when wanting to see a whole line-up of international artists. Unfortunately I miss out on all festivals due to my roster
