Hey guys.. im new to the forum and thought id get in straight away and try to get an answer to my question.. I have just bought my first r32 and it has had a rb25det conversion from the previous owner.. when i bought the car the motor has been blown and i now have to swap it out for another.. I have a mate that is willing to sell me an rb25det neo on the cheap.. good kms and good engine.. I would like to put it into my 32 but have been reading that this conversion is a little bit of a pain in the behind due to different wiring etc.. My questions... Is this conversion worth it? Will i have heaps of problems with the wiring? Any parts i will have to change or are most interchangable? Has anyone done this before? Is there a wiring service that i can send the loom/looms to that can wire it for me? I would love all the information anyone can muster at this stage.. as I want my car up and running...
