well i appologise for being soo brainless that i search for knowledge from people that have gone through it and know the answers! -.- maybe because we see or hear things and wonder if it would improve so we choose to ask and again recieve knoledgable answers?

hey guys i was wondering what size exhaust would be best for my n/a r34? 2 & 1/4 .. 2 & 1/2 ?? would extractors be a gain or worth it? would it be worth getting a hi flow cat ?? im looking for power increase i know that not enough back pressure can have power loss... help is much appreciated!! thanks in advance. regards, Giuseppe

what whould be the differance with the rb30 head ? and would it make any differance if i put it on my rb25 stock head?
