  1. If you are in Victoria, which I will assume you are since you are talking about the power-to-weight ratios, then you will be safe. The power-to-weight ratios go by stock power and stock weight, so any power increase from modifications or extra weight (ie. passengers) will not effect the ratio. So it's safe to say that your insurance is safe as they will not be able to use the power-to-weight ratio to f**k you over. They may find something else to f**k you over on though.
  2. OK, an update.... I finally got my pads this morning so I guess the shipping wasnt too late, no complaints there. But I opened the box and instead of getting what I ordered (Front and Rear pads) I got 2 boxes of REAR pads!!! <_< What damn fkn good is that to me? I've already sent an enquiry about this to them, I have no idea how they are going to deal with this situation but I'm not going to waste money to ship 1 of the rear pads back to them. Anyone had any previous experiences of Nengun's service in situations similar to this? They better look after me, since it was their mistake.
  3. Yer, cause apparently Bracks was the one that made all these bad things related to cops happen. I mean the Libs would look after the import scene right??? They wouldn't be finding ways to raise revenue through road users would they?
  4. I still haven't got around to getting this fixed yet but I've now noticed something. The brakes are normal when u first start it and drive for the frist 2 minutes, then I'm guessing when the brake fluid gets hot and the calipers get seized. Anyone have any idea why it will only happen after a minute of driving?
  5. Hey guys, As the topic suggests, I'm after front and rear strut tops for a R32. Basically everything above the bumpstop. Was just wondering if anyone here had them laying around their garage by any chance? Thanks, ToF
  6. Hey guys, Just need front and rear R32 strut tops. Basically everything above the bump stop. Melbourne only please. Thanks guys.
  7. Unfortunately not many bogans are as open minded as that guy.
  8. Hmmm I didn't really wanna post here because Nengun has been OK on response and updates but the last email I got was that my brake pad's (ordered on 2nd Jan) delivery was moved to 25th Jan, but its almost the 28th now and the status is still on "Processing". I have not got any updates either. Hopefully I will get my pads in the end.
  9. Thanks for your replies. I'll see how she is as soon as I get the radiator back in.
  10. Hey guys, Just got my water pump replaced and on the way home my radiator decided to leak. During that drive home I had to pull over about 8 times to fill up water cause it all leaked out and it overheated. I never let it get to H, but the highest point I let it get to each time is shown in this pic: Now I am getting the radiator fixed asap but I just want to know what was the worst that getting it that hot numerous times is. If someone says my motor is now cooked I'm gonna be pissed off because this motor was quite healthy. Thanks everyone.
  11. Was giving you a price to compare to. But yer that price did include wheel alignment as well.
  12. I got quoted $297 from Traction Tyres to install and align: Caster kit Front camber kit Rear camber kit Pineapples Adjustable swaybars
  13. Sorry mate, the IC piping for the R33 is different from the R32.
  14. Price drop to $900!!! Send a PM if interested
  15. Anyone want genuine HKS quality for $150???? Don't buy monza rubbbish that leaks boost!!
  16. Actually it does cause flutter since there's no where for the trapped air to escape if you block off the BOV hole. My mate and I put a metal sheet in between to see what it was like. But I took it off because I don't want the "wank factor".
  17. xr8eater, if you don't mind could you please let us know the model number. Thanks
  18. Is it a direct fit plug though? Or did you have to rewire it to your old stock plug?
  19. Now I'm not usually a man for R33s, but god damn your S2 is hot!! Beautiful colour, rims, and kit!!!
  20. sif remove comments
  21. Mine isn't pissing out oil but still leaks a little after each drive, both from the back of the rocker cover and the bottom of the half moons. Anyone know how much a workshop would charge for this job. (Just cbf with it anymore )
  22. OK, just looked but their site has no record of any GTS-ts in the R32 range. It only has the GTR listed but according to Nissan FAST the RB20 and RB26 use the same O2 sensor. So am I safe to assume the NGK equivalent for the RB26 will be the same as the RB20? NGK part number for R32 RB26 O2 sensor is "OTD2F-P1P" if anyone needs it for future reference. I got quoted $189 from Bursons, am I getting ripped off or is that the general price? Either way I'm going to see how much Nissan will charge for a genuine sensor.
  23. Hey guys, Looking at getting a new dump pipe soon so I might as well change the O2 sensor. Just wondering if anyone knows of a sensor which has the exact plug for the RB20 as I don't want to be resoldering plugs etc. Thanks.
  24. Everyone into the sik bling bling chromies these days? Comon' $1000!!! PM if interested.
