Hey guys, I just resealed my fuel filler neck with Sikaflex since mine was done poorly and leaked on a hot day. Was just wondering how long do I have to leave it to dry before I can put my fuel cap back on and drive again? Thanks everyone.

If the noise stops when you press the clutch in then its the thrust bearing.

A couple of days ago I drained and flushed my cooling system out and refilled with Castrol coolant. Problem is now it continuously leaks coolant from what appears to be a hole in the bottom of the water pump when the engine is running. I've included a pic so you guys can see what I mean. So do you know what could be making it leak from there, because before this I never had any leaks at all! Thanks guys.

So I guess they are siezed then. Where do I go from here, can I get the calipers fixed or do I need new ones?

So they are siezed from rust I'm guessing? If so what is to stop this from happening again after I get them fixed?

I don't think its rust, there was a fair bit of rust on the discs but that came off straight away. Also that night I drove it I went through the mountains too, so I did more braking than your usual daily drive to the milkbar . So I guess that would cancel out rusty pads? Any other ideas? EDIT: In case you don't understand, the loud squeaking isn't only when your driving, it happens all the time, even when your not moving and just pressing the brakes on the spot. I can't explain it, it sort of sounds like a rusted spring being compressed.

I finally got my car on the road after it's been sitting in the garage for a few weeks and now my brakes feel weaker. The pedal is much harder than before, not as hard as when the cars off but it is much harder than it was before and has less "feel" to it. Also now when you press the brakes you can hear a very loud squeaking from both front calipers. Brake fluid is still full. Anyone know what could be wrong? Thanks guys.

Do you mean setup as in where to connect the hoses or where to mount your catch can? Because at the moment I just bought a catch can and there is no where I can mount it properly in my engine bay. :s

While on this topic does anyone one know of a catback system which is below the legal limit (90dB)? I've heard the Trust Power Extreme II is very quiet but is it so quiet that its legal? Thanks guys.

Thanks inark but I rather get a professional to do it as I don't want to risk making it worse. I check the other studs today and one of them seems a bit loose as in it clicks around, is it right for me to assume that is already snapped and I should get that done at the same time? Yer not sure about RB25 pricing but I doubt it would be much more expensive. Just go to Nissan and see how it goes, if you've got an asshole parts division at your Nissan who won't look after you because you have an import, give Gary Lechte Nissan (Frankston) a shot, they've been very helpful and friendly when I go in for my parts.
