Im looking at getting a R34 4 Door Turbo Manual Ive had a look around forums/carsales and cant find anything that suits me? Im after something with basic mods (fmic, exhaust, coilovers) and maybe rims, but wouldnt mind buying the rims myself. My budget is $15 000. What are the rules regarding importing a R34 (1998ish model) Does it have to be completely stock? Can you get one with basic mods (as mentioned above) and get away with it?
