UAS fixed up my g/f's one with a brand new part. (New Nissan parts weren't in the country at the time). Maybe call up UAS and ask them? 02 9634 8000

my g/f's r32 started doing it heaps. Turns out the alternator was dead. Low charge seems to cause the hicas light to come on and the steering to f up.

I think I saw that one last year on carsales when my g/f was looking for a gtst... (possibly... might have been one that looked just like it, can't remember the plates). If it's the same one it's been there for quite awhile, and may not be worth the effort.

East Bear in Japan make a replica GTR front bar for the GTST. It is two piece just like the real thing, and is also plastic!! Not cheap-arse fibreglass, IIRC. East Bear fit is perfect too. I have one of their bonnets, I put it on without any adjustment or modification. Straight on, perfect fit. But you'll be paying > $1000 for the GTR-style front bar, unpainted. Looks just like the real thing btw. First time I saw one I asked the guy how the hell he fit a genuine one on there. I was shocked when he said, "it isn't...It's East Bear"
