  1. Ive found lots more people with bad hip mobility than often. Too many desk jockeys.
  2. My conventional atm is 195 but my sumo is 210 in training. Even though I have shortish arms go figure. The thing with sumo is it requires a lot more mobility than conventional especially in the hips so many will not try it out for a long period and dont follow through a full training cycle. Also pulling wide sumo and squatting wide also fries out your hips eventually from what ive seen and experienced. I have moved in the squat stance and also pull conventional every few weeks to keep the back strong and the hips healthy.

  6. U got me. If your stalling scale back the weights a bit and increase the reps. Get the volume in. I do this with my guys if they been stalling for over 2 weeks. This is one way and eat up. E.g Set 1 100x5 Set 2 100x4 missed 5th rep Then Set 3 95x6 or 7. Add a 4th of 95x3 if possible. Then go eat.
  7. I know mate lol. I should have clarified. His was a freak accident. Nothing could have prevented it. It's pretty rare though I haven't seen such a break before. Any specialist ideas on what caused it? Plenty of guys bench for years without snapping it as such. Keep us updated on how his going after op.
  8. That time of the year again. A few of my guys are riding that fine red line atm as they prep the final stages for nats. Seeing emads snap has shocked a few of the guys into spending more time on Mobility - rehab and prehab is up more than normal.

  10. The merc? Or cefiro? The merc is a turbo 4 cylinder. Ive put in a turbo back exhaust and remapped it recently.
