I'm currently 76.4KG, Not fat. I have a solid build and looking to get bigger in proportion. I've got a workout shedule my brother wrote me but haven't been able to speak to him for about a week. What are some good workouts for legs and traps?
How much extra, and the longer you wait the better the result. Then once you do finally complete it you will say to yourself, I am so glad I waited.
It's coming along awesomely and I can't wait until finish!
