Why do you ask this Rob , as i have made 580 atw 0n 19lb with 98 Ultimate, Ross flat tops- i have dyno sheets. I am interested why you ask this as?

That is to say this gasket suits a rb 26 block and head and a RB30 block and 26 head ----YES?

Is there and significant diff between series 1 and 2 , i know about the oil lines on a turbo block but is series 2 a stringer block or the same ?

RB 26 and or rb26/30 . The 30 bottom end and the 26 head are perfectly the same , 25 is different.
