Gagz, i shall take some pics for you today, no welding of plates etc, just drill holes and bolt up to backing plates underneath car - very simple and made for this car. The aluminium plates are curved for inside the rear wheel arches and the others for underneath the floor pan are cut to size and fit well. Cage comes with all plates - bolts , nuts and spring washers.. Will send pics later.

Rb Manganese - Bronze Valve Guides

Bump -
Gagz, this is a quality cage that will go in with no cuts or removal of any interior, the only cuts are small carpet ones in around the mounts on the floor - just slice here and there to make it slide over and cover up , or alternatively leave as is and mount over the carpet. It bends beautifully around the dash and is very unobtrusive. I had Purple padding - but the best and cheapest is the air conditioning insulation you can get at Bunnings for it is slimmer and has a larger ID. Would you like pics of it in the car as i am taking out this week end? regards Dave

My car is coming along well - slowly but surely If you are making a manual pump up set up , i have had your adapter plate and all was good , sure if you making one - would you mind making me one too , i will of course need a basic guide as to how i make it work etc . send me a pm on how much you would like to make , thanks again, i still have the front diff centre that i promised you - just been really busy - not a good excuse i know ! -
Unusual ? when you say blown - -leaking?Your push arm for the pressure plate is not bent is it? i am thinking that the travel on the slave may be extending too far and making when fully extended it become off centre and popping the seal?

Any way i will keep you intouch - if you have any other ideas ,please forward . thanks guys. -
Hi Daniel , how are you? Alls good so far with the project - your plate worked fine . Who are these people who make this , and or have you got your attessa manually operated - if so what is the best way- remember i have no abs and we cant seem to get working correctly - so i we would like to do in another fashion, either set up another electronic way or manually with gauge , any suggestion or links please? thanks.

Rb30 Or 26 Block - Head Gasket - Any Makes The Same?
exXU1 replied to exXU1's topic in General Maintenance
thank you will do -
Hi there , have come across a head gasket manufacturer in the states that makes a brilliant concept of internally ringed head gaskets for really big power. Only thing is they do not make for RB26, i was wondering that is there another block that any one knows of that is the same gasket as the RB30 and RB26, because these people are willing to make but do not have the two blocks mentioned above in the states - well easily obtainable any ways. There must be another maker of the same configuration or a Nissan model car in the states that was common and has the same block in ? Any one know - if you do i will get you a gasket as well if you like.I want to get numerous made as there will be demand for these i believe.

Head Gasket - Types - Best Application - O Ring
exXU1 replied to exXU1's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Dave, It is possible that SCE, makers of Top Fuel and Funny Car (7000+ horsepower) head gaskets, may be able to make you what you need. SCE has developed a process to "O" ring the gasket... instead of your head/block! This process is called their ICS system. I called SCE and asked them if they have ever built an RB26 gasket. I based my request on the fact that they DO have SR20 gaskets. They said they have never built an RB26 gasket. I explained to them your current sealing problems and they believe their product is the answer. Ok, now for the "rub"(bad news), SCE would need a head, a block, and an undamaged head gasket at their facility in southern California to ever PROPERLY design you an RB26 gasket. There is a market for a GREAT RB26 gasket, but to properly make it they need to have the major components to properly map out cooling passages, as well as checking proper bore spacing to see if their ICS system can be utilized. Here is SCE's contact information, please keep us informed as to if you choose to pursue this, we have numerous clients from all over the world who might find this to be a desirable product!
