  2. Ive got 2....they need a rebuild though. Cost you around $1600 to rebuild them both with steel wheels. $300 for the pair and their yours.
  3. R32 GTR and VX SS Commodore Now on Ps with the 'line.
  4. if you want the 4WD you can always buy a R32 GTS4. Basically a GTST with 4WD *looks at JiMiH*
  5. Just thought I'd ask. Has anyone from the last group buy with the HKS gears noticed any signs of wear ?? Just curious to see if the myth of them breaking from wear is true.
  6. red17: i saw this car yesterday at Speedworks. Ivan was just about to take it out. Nice car !! Mine was the other R32 with no engine
  7. maybe a touch more.....depends on the seller and the condition of the car.

  11. I have an SAFC I'm trying to sell. PM me if your interested
  12. Yeh we managed to find one for about $1200 in melbourne. Should be here tuesday or so. I might be waiting a while for the bearings though Something to do with they have to be individually sized. Ah well it's getting there.
  13. As topic states, I have a brand new unopened SAFC2. I no longer need it as I need the cash for new turbos. $689 new from Perfect Run $500 firm
  14. Turbos did end up to be screwed. Some of the blades have been "snapped" off so I am looking for an aftermarket pair at the moment. But if I cant find any I will just get them Steel Wheeled. - *This was not caused by the loose pulley obviously* It also needs a brand new crank with bearings etc, because the crank in it now is pretty f**cked and cannot be repaired. In order to fix it is going to cost me approximately $3,300 all up.
  15. so for the street, are they alright? I am used to my car (with stock turbos) to hit 1 bar at around 4500rpm.....so the 2540s are not much worse than that? I just dont want to fork out for these and the car turn into a pig to drive on the street as the car is a daily driver. Thanks for ur help
  16. Just as the topic states, I'm really close to purchasing a pair of GT2540s, but the only thing I have to ask is are they really that laggy? There has been much speculation on these turbos about how they are too laggy and the 2530 is the way to go? The car is a street car but surely the 2540 can't be that bad considering the 2530 and the 2540 share the same size exhaust wheel. When could I expect full boost considering that a standard GTR will be around 4000rpm??? Can anyone shed some light? Thanks
  17. Yeh I hope so too. Just trying to source these new turbos from interstate Hope all works out soon!
