  1. Order front and rear, best combo imo http://www.jdl-brakes.com/special-offer-alcon-adv-extreme-brake-kit-front-and-rear-nissan-skyline-r32-r33-r34-gtr.html
  2. DS Performance pads are better than I thought. When mine kit came, I was ready to put RS29 for first use, but my mechanic put original pads ( DS-P ) by mistake. I can say, for normal street use, they are not bad. I haven't tested them on track, but if someone use car on street only, DS Performance are not bad choice. I heard that Alcon kits what we buy, are street legal in Europe, that's why they come with street legal pads.
  3. I afraid, they won't fit.
  4. There are new option from Alcon 396 mm rotors with hats, very light and durable. Very good feedback in US and Europe http://www.jdl-brakes.com/alcon-front-discs-and-bells-396-mm-nissan-gtr-gen-1.html
  5. I use Alcon front and rear kit for one year on my R34 GTR. So far 12 track events, and these brakes are best mods I've ever done.
  6. on R35 GTR ?
  7. I heard that is possibility to get 370 mm rotors for Alcon Advantage Extreme. I run with 365 mm kit front and 350 rear, same as here http://www.jdl-brakes.com/special-offer-alcon-adv-extreme-brake-kit-front-and-rear-nissan-skyline-r32-r33-r34-gtr.html but will need to change rotors soon, and I was thinking about bigger rotors with hats. Can anyone confirm this ?
  8. Has anyone used ds2500 pads with alcon ? I plan to order next set of pagid rs29 from JDL but any experience with ds2500 ?
  9. Guys, you should to seriously consider JDL offer for Alcons. Top quality kit, for less than you can get locally. Links below ( second link )

  11. Alcon kits are road legal in UK so they come with ferodo ds performance pads. They are ok for street use but not for track. I found same information in manual included in box with brakes. Yellow pagid RS29 are the best option for alcons imo. They work from cold, don't squeak, and are very "friendly" for discs. RS19 are not available for alcon 6 / 4 pistons. I checked with jdl last month.
  12. If you received 100 GBP from discounted price, it means 1400 GBP discount from retail price.
  13. Nice surprise Alcon 6 pistons 365 mm fit with OEM R34 GTR wheels : http://www.skyline-forum.de/showthread.php/18568-Alcon-big-brake-kit
  14. any others good pad options ?
