At the moment I have a heavy Duty clutch but I have been told the standard flywheel is not recommend for more then 400 whp. Any recommendation on turbo?

Hi guys I'm new to this site. I'm currently running a r33 with the rb25det with a few mods. These include FMIC Boost controller Power FC Spitfire coils Bosh 040 fuel pump Sard fuel presser regulator And a few other bits and pieces. the next upgrade is to SARD 850cc injectors turbo and flywheel. But am unsure what turbo to go with any ideas would be great looking to make about 400-450 at the wheels
