Guys drving like w*anks of the gippsland highway in groups, doing illegal overtaking etc etc, with the passengers in the cars videoing it etc. There were three pictures, two of them showed cars doing burnouts but the biggest picture and what the article was mainly talking about was the Skyline. It was an orange 33, with 400r rear wing, skirts I think, GTR wing, big chrome wheels. If your on here mate your a tosser....

R31Nismoid, its a nice place to grow up! Retire with a nice big house on the coast, lovely lady by your side, nice car in garge, life is good! I havent been fishing around here for a few months but they are catching heaps off Kilarney! Intend to go out soon! Last time I went surf fishing caught nothing!! Plus they have banned fishing in a lot of parts around here as well. To be honest with all the modded cars Ive had, Ive never been defected as Im always polite. Tell a lie, I got defected for bald back tyres which I had already booked in to get replaced. Ive had noisy exhausts, etc etc. I thinks its more attitude, well it helps!

I see your point, its like seeing a police car you slow down, if people know whats going down then I guess the "smarter" ones wont do it. I believe you are on your own, buyer beware Im afraid. You really cant prove anything that he knew it was on its way. I know you dont want to hear it but there isnt anything you can do unless he misrepresented the car when he was selling it, he said it was a GTR and it was a GTST etc. Buy a second hand motor from importers with a warranty and learn from it and move on! Dont stress mate!!
