  1. Hey everyone, I've posted some photos on this forum in the past from time to time but during that time i was driving a Holden Commodore so i didn't really find it necessary to make a build thread on JDMST considering its make and also the fact that it was pretty much just another commodore with p plates on it. Now onto the good news! On monday I bought a black 1989 HCR32 GTS-T 5 Speed with about 190,XXX on it and it's now sitting in my garage. It feels so good to finally own one! It's currently sitting unregistered but that will change within a week. I can get my full licence in less than a month so i'm giving myself that time limit to tidy her up and get it on the road. I'm still new to all of this so this car will be a good learning curve and i'm heaps keen to get into it! Here's what it's got; - Disco Potato - 3" exhaust (i think) to a 4" tip - 17" Enkei RP01s - FMIC - EBC - Greddy Strut Brace + unknown brand rear strut brace - Greddy Gauges - Turbosmart V-Port 2 BOV - Momo steering wheel - GTR fiberglass front bar and the bad bits; - HICAS - a 5c piece rust spot on the passenger side of the sunroof and a tiny bubble on the drivers side as well - some slight blemishes in the paint - the front bar is damaged on the front left and right hand side - it's unregistered - rear tyres need replacing + all the electronics work including the sunroof and the A/C works! My plans within the next few months are; - give her a full service + get a new set of tyres - to remove the HICAS (already ordered a lock bar off GKTECH) - replace the cannon with twin pipes - fix up the rust - Fortune Auto Coilovers off Philb - change the BOV as this one is pretty loud and i'm guessing it's only a matter of time until i'm pulled over for it - replace what needs replacing and then after i've finished that and enjoyed the car for a bit, that's when i plan on beginning the power mods! Here's a photo of how she looks in the garage. Hope you enjoy the build thread!

  10. The car is now sitting in my garage. Having another quick look over the A/C works so that's a plus and i've already ordered a HICAS lock bar off GKTECH. It needs new tyres and a full service and that will be done within the next couple of weeks and then it's off to get blue slipped so it can be on the road within the month. I'll start a build thread soon when i clean it up and take some more photos of it.
  11. Hahaha that's not my driveway, it's the guy who I'm buying it off. Getting it this afternoon as well!
  12. Sorry for the late reply, had a big weekend! Here is the only photo of it i have at the moment. It's sitting on 17" Enkei RP01s as well. R32 GTS-T by Gus.M, on Flickr
  13. I'll post one up in the afternoon when i get back from uni.
  14. Hey everyone, After driving a commodore for the entirety of my provisional licence and hating auto i'm finally jumping into a skyline! This coming monday i'm going to be picking up a 1993 HCR32 GTS-T that's black in colour and has about 185000kms on the clock. My dream car is a gunmetal grey R32 GT-R but for now the GTS-T will do while i get used to a completely different drive (forced induction ) and until i can afford one! I'm picking it up off a friends friend for a pretty good price and after driving it around the block last week a couple times all i can say is i had a grin from ear to ear. I don't have any photos now but i plan to do a proper shoot of it very soon after i get it and clean it up. So i'll give you the details! The current owner bought it for one track day while his car was out of action and since then has been sitting in his driveway and before that it was sitting in a garage for a few years because the old owner had lost his licence. The good: - It's a skyline - Disco Potato - There's a few gauges - EBC - FMIC - 5 Stud - Interior is in good condition - 3" from the Cat to a 4" tip - Sitting on white 17" Enkei RP01s - Sunroof - BOV - Got it for a good price The Bad - HICAS - 2 slight rust spots around the sunroof - No A/C - No Rego - Slight blemishes to the paint - When shifting hard into second it sometimes crunches and doesn't go into gear But the current owner says he can organise the blue slip so i'm not too worried. I might have to source a standard R32 GTS-T exhaust to pass emissions though but it's sitting on standard suspension and everything else is pretty much standard except for the turbo and the EBC so i don't think it should be a big problem. My plans with it are to first tidy it up and have it looking nice and clean with minimal exterior mods. It's my first car that i'm really going to get my hands dirty with and i'm so excited. It's going to be a steep learning curve but i think it'll be a good introduction to the import life! Ill start a build thread when i get the car! Thanks for reading guys!
