    it'd be pretty quick but its not a torana, does anyone know what they do with the concept cars after the shows are over? and PHAT32 i love the typhoon ass well but i just can't get over how stupid that name is. it would be debadged quicker than a gtr in bankstown if i got one

    u guys that have had ur cars shipped over and have picked them up, i was just wondering if u had anything stolen, like gauges gearknobs and such? i heard one dude had his drivers seat taken, if its like this at all then i'll be picking it up asap

    fibeglass is crap, i wouldn't waste a dollar on it, except sideskirts would be ok for a fair while but frontbars are just crap besides i hate the way they look, if u look at them from side on u can see how wavy they are, plastic or urethane would be the only thing going on my car otherwise standard gtr looks good enough

    yeh thats what i'm worried about, i'm pretty paranoid about this, but is it likely to happen that way and are there any telltale signs of it going to happen, cos if there's a good chance then i might have to wack on some 2530's

    ok, i know that the stock gtr turbo's can let go from age, and or too much boost i've heard that most of the time the thing ends up in the cat, but i've heard that it can also get sucked back and bash against the engine, and bits of metal end up rooting a couple of pistons. some ppl believe this is impossible, but some ppl have actually had this happen, and i'm just wondering how often/ common this is

    put it in an r32, at least it won't fit too bad, less fcuking around then trying to fit it in a toyota, or maybe silvia, cheap shells but it'll be more farting around to get engine to fit.

    here's the back of that 'prototype' or concept, whatever, looks like a small ferrari the quarters need to be a bit fatter and the car needs to be a bit lower

    actually yes i did know they were on the same platform otherwise this wouldn't be possible (Without heaps of work), they may be on the same platform but their chalk and cheese, family wagon vs. performance car. i'm pretty sure all the stageas come as auto, so not intended as a sports car. how can u say that not everyone gets killed? facts?

    i think u do need two bov's, that's why it's so much more expensive pretty sure supra's only need 1 cos both turbo's are on same pipe? but gtr's have separate pipes for each turbo.

    it's the american way, franchise it to death, they would sell action figures of their mums if people bought them, nothing against americans just not a big fan of it all. i think the main problem people have with drifting on the street is that they try to do what they see in the vids, but they aren't capable of doing, its not so bad if u know what ur doing and stay within ur's and the cars limits.

    me either, the only drift vids i have seen are the ones where theres a jap guy yelling things like HKS!!!!, SILVIA!!! etc. drifting kills expensive tyres anyway, although na xr6 in the wet is quite fun.

    if u use urethane, it will work but if u ever take it off then the paint on ur bootlid will be rooted. if the lip isn't painted then u should shave it so the cavity sits flush with the bootlid and then use double sided tape. but if the cavity is too big then fill it with urethane, smooth it out, wait a day for it to dry, then use double sided tape to stick it on.

    that will happen with a stocka 6 as well, its because u have to wait a bit for the power to come in the turbo car, but kicks arse after lag

    yeh i was just wondering how long ur engines last on higher boost with stock internals? more boost= things breaking?
