  1. other than the big hassle of going back to bear metal, there is also the problem that you will bring up any old repairs which can get ugly, and can make the job much harder
  2. first of all, don't go back to bare metal, unless you want the job to take ages all you need is a few sheets of 800 wet and dry paper, scotchbrite, and this stuff called scuff stuff, ring an auto supplies place for all of it, shouldn't cost much then just rub everything with the paper, and then go over everything with the scotchbrite and scuff stuff, to make sure everywhere you are painting is dull, so the paint sticks are you going to hi-fill the dents? there's no point putting heaps of coats of paint on, just more chance of a run, just make sure the painter knows what he is doing and it will look fat

  8. just wondering what the part numbers are for both reversing lights of an r32, im guessing gts-t is the same as gtr as both mine are smashed and need them for blue slip i think, any help appreciated

  13. apprenticeships suck just make sure you try it out before you jump into an apprenticeship, because its a lot of hard work, making about the same pay as a forklift driver (in any car trade), and thats when your fully qualified. did i mention apprenticeships suck? but yeh just try it out first, because it might not be what you think it is

  15. stonegard is to stop stone chips and therefore rust coming up from the stone chips, i'm pretty sure it doesn't stop the paint from coming off

  20. do you have third party insurance? if so thats why they wouldn't care its when you have full comprehensive insurance that the weasling starts does anybody remember that guy that had a bommadore and his wheels were 1 inch too big or wide, and they denied his claim, it was on aca or some other shite
  21. ok but the reason why i got into nissans was because of, their performance range from mid 80's to late 90's, (300zx, silvia, skyline, cefiro, gtir, and more) and i realise they couldn't keep going that way, but i don't about their new cars, they just don't seem very impressive
