  1. 24lb/hr is only 252cc/min which is not as good as factory ones in most turbo cars. They are only good upto 40HP per injector, and that would be at 100% duty cycle.
  2. The RB26 cams are not compatible, apart from regrounding them which is prone to failure, and typically not a lot cheaper when you factor in the cost of having the cams fitted. Tomei cams are probably the best value at the moment. For street applications a 256deg cams are a good option. We sell them for AUD$1090+GST a pair.
  3. Hi Brad, According to your description, the sard reg is plumbed up correctly. The best thing to do is fit a fuel pressure gauge to the second port of your regulator. If you are using up this port due to your duel entry rail, then use a y-piece to feed the dual rail from one port on the regulator. A fuel pressure gauge is essential in order to set the base fuel pressure. Note base fuel pressure is set when the engine is idling with the vacuum line disconnected.
  4. Make sure the turbo and manifold bolts are all done up to torque. Did you use new gaskets? If that isn't the problem, then don't drive the car under boost until you've identified the problem as engine damage only takes a 10th of a second if the engine leans out. I recommend taking the car to a reputable workshop, one that has good experience with Skylines.
  5. Hi Dan, Normally when the RPM glitches the problem would be caused from the cam sensor. Intermittant faults are not uncommon with these sensors, but I wouldn't order anything until the problem was diagnosed. If you're in Sydney we have a scan tool at our workshop that can read the codes off the factory Nissan ecus which does solve a lot of problems quickly. It also has other diagnostic functions for identifing fuel, ignition and timing problems down to each cylinder. Regards, Jeremy Tweakit Performance http://www.tweakit.net/
