I think I genuinely like bf4 on ps4. I've never really been into fps on consoles but fark bf4 is wicked. Very lousy at it though.

Yeah I'm the same. Sit behind a computer all day; after work exercise is the only real movement I get during the day. I monitor my diet pretty well but I fear injuries like this will have compound effects that throw everything out of balance. How do you go with weight management? Did you fluctuate a fair bit?

Ok I might see a physio then. Is stretching a daily routine for you? Seems like a good long term strategy.

hmm yeah the padding on the left stick on the ps4 has all worn away and now its all slippery, the right stick is on its way out too. I play a fair bit of bf4 so one would think both sticks get regular use, so I'm a bit perplexed why one is wearing out quicker then the other. Maybe I'm a mad sweater when I'm playing haha.

How are you going with this Dan? After about 6 months away from regular exercise I joined back up at the gym. I knew I had to start small and make sure I got my technique back. However yesterday whilst squatting and felt my lower back go. I'm still mobile, I can walk around and perform most tasks but there's a fair bit of pain if I'm opening a knee-height drawer or similar. I'm sure I put more weight on the bar then I should have; a stupid mistake on my part. How did you recover the first time you had the injury and at what point did you know you needed to take it to a professional? My partner says stop being a pussy and ride it out lol.

Do you find the thumbsticks wear away pretty aggressively? Perhaps I got a bad controller.

What's next on the plate Nige? Diff?

I think bf4 is great. +1 for aussie servers; otherwise it lags up pretty bad. If you're into sports, FIFA and NBA 2K14 are ok. Although I'm not completely sold on FIFA, the mechanics are still a bit jittery for my liking.

Agree on the mini guns - they are pretty terrible for rate of fire; even at medium range. Loving bf4 over bf3 though. I'm terrible at the flood map, need a shite load more practice. I'm on ps4: floydwestwood98

Very off topic here.....and admitting my lameness here too.... but how the f*** is anyone getting over $100k in fifa UT. I'm struggling to get anything over $20k having to maintain contracts across three squads. I simply don't buy and sell enough perhaps. I'm starting to adjust my sale times of players to get in the 6pm-10pm range in Europe, assuming thats the most popular area for UT gamers. Do you guys have any advice?

Another big fan of fifa UT here. I haven't even touched other parts of the game. It's a real drawcard to FIFA, even though PES is probably more fluid in its gameplay. I'm also waiting for my ps4 to play fifa14.
