  2. This is not an opinion thread, if you want to discuss the pro and cons of a FF plenum there are a couple of threads on the Forced Induction Section. The plenum is for sale as is, it was an unfinished project, as i did not have the time to try it out. Sometimes ppl should experiment a little to see how the car responds to hardware changes instead of expecting pretty number on a Dyno sheet.

  5. Is the rear GTR suspension the same as the GTST? I know the front is, but am unsure if the rear is?
  6. What motor are u talkin about here? What sort of mods do you have? "300rwkw should be "a walk in the park" for my engine " Man thats a milestone on a RB20.... Thats a Giant leap for mankind !!!
  7. Done 208rwkw @ 18 psi (1.25bar) with a 2535 and very similar setup ... But these turbos should be able to hold 1.4bar no probs....
  8. ALS (Australian Laboratory Services) have Wearcheck division for oils. Used to work for ALS not the oil division tho. They have kits to sample the oil and then mail for around $22. heres their site : www.als.com.au/oils/home.asp
  9. Ive tried this about 9 months ago too with no luck, same as Benny and others. I have a PFC and played around with ignition and fuel without luck. Idle (if you could call it that) was shocking. I still have the cams and i wanna try it once again and getting it tune as well. when i get a free w.end sometime next month. will keep u posted
  10. Hey Luke, sorry about the delayed response. i just had a look and its hard to see as there is insulation tape all around the 2 wires. I took a pic but its not well focused so u cant see it. I have 4 RX7 plugs and 2 Mazda 323 pluga, same plugs just different colour wires. Best thing i can suggest is to put the injector in the same position and match the wires for all the injectors the same way, thats what i did with mine from memory. I think its not all that critical as long as they are all the same.... hope that helps.

  14. Not as easy as it sounds... I had to change the bearings in mine and it was a bitch. If you dont have a proper bearing puller i wish you luck. I ended up pulling it appart on a sunday so the shops were all shut and had to fabricate my own puller and it was still a bitch...
  15. I have a squeeking noise coming from the rear left suspension. If i rock(up & down) the car slightly it sounds pretty loud, but if i push down hard it doesnt make the noise. It sound like its coming from the coilover. They are GAB coilovers, anyone know who reconditions these as its only one corner that is noisy.

  18. i dont think it would be fuel... sounds like it could be leaking air from somewhere, checked all the piping is connected up properly ?

  21. Well said there Roy !! never really looked at it that way but it makes alot of sense. with RB20s being cheap there is a big gap between rebuilding and a second hand motor costs. If we were talking RB26, its a shit load more expensive.

  24. This is mine from March last year, this is with a HKS 2535 @ 18psi.
