im nearly in ! so where are we meeting?

Does anyone know of a replacement for the std D brackets that are used on the front swaybars on a r32 gtst? I have installed a 24mm Whiteline front swaybar and the brackets needed to be modified in order to be able to tighten them up. The bush is now somewhat deformed due to the size differece. Any options... custom brackets im thinking now...

possibly busted cradle bushes...

Becarefult with this i broke the center pin of the exahust cam by having the cas too tight against it... 3mm should do it...

Few questions for the experts out there: Can you run 2 tunes one with W/M and one without easily (loading 2nd tune via lappy)? What tool do you use for detect detonation when tuning? Is this more of a circuit setup or drag, seems more like for drag as a big reservoir may be required? Reliability? to get an extra 40kw one would normally need a bigger turbo or more boost, seems harsher on the motor to run more timing than to push more air/fuel?

Has anyone with a Haltech considered Haltechs WB O2?? http://www.haltech.com/wideband_lambda.htm These go for about 300 without the gauge, but it can be hooked up to your Haltech ecu and datalogged...

It is sad that the "lucky country" is coming to this point. Our freedom as enthusiasts is being taken off our hands bit by bit. They will keep targetting us aficionados and eventually try to take us off the streets completely. I dont condone any illegal drag or burnout behaviour, but if one chooses to show their individualism by modifying their car there shouldn't be all this obstacles in the way. I mean it is basically illegal to modify your car full stop, why is it so when it is not illegal to modify say your house?? We are living in a society where people are loosing their rights everyday with new laws and policies and more powers given to police. What are we going to leave our children, what rights if any are they going to have as citizens? I predict that if things move as they have been, the only place you will be able to drive your modified car is on a track by getting it towed there... its rediculous !

Just wondering if anyone has come across this problem. When cruising at about 10% throttle and going over a bump on the road, engine cuts out for a fraction of a second. If going over a few bumps (ie. Parramatta rd.) hesitation is one after the other at the beat of the bumps. But as soon as i give it more throttle say 50% it stops doing it. It doesnt do it everyday either its only some days... Cant work out if its fuel or spark, I checked all the wiring and it seems fine... any ideas?

mmm it is a sealed can with the stainless steel sponge trick inside... car has been running a lil rich lately for some reason that may have contributed and the coils i know are on their way out. so you may all be right. thnx

I opened up my catch can to give it a clean and I was surprised to find about 50mL of what seemed to be oily water. Although I would say there would have been 95% water 5% oil with a oil and fuel like odour. This is the first time I open it since installed about 8K Km ago. Has anyone experienced this?

Do you know how many Kms were on this motor? I would think motor age would play a big part on how long it would last at that sort of power...

I do have receipts from MTQ, as per add bearings, housing, turbine wheel and shaft have been changed along with seals. It is not under warranty as the car it came from has been sitting in a garage for some time and it wasnt until recently that the turbo was pulled off...

Didnt want to proceed futher as AFM was maxing out and opted to wait for a Z32 AFM. A week before car hit a tree and was deemed a write off. I am confident this baby monster will make 250kw with a Z32 AFM, little more boost and maybe injectors without a problem. PM or reply for any questions. Edited price and attached pics
