Ive got a hks manifold with wastegate (not installed yet) but my 2535 uses an internal wategate. Is it possible to weld the internal wastegate and simply use the 40mm exernal wastegate? I guess the benefits i would like to see is that the airflow from the wategate and turbo are separated although this can also be achieved by a a split dump pipe... can anyone shed some light

After driving normally for about 30mins, all of a sudden i feel the front calipers started to make a crackling noise, which i can slightly feel on the pedal. When the car is stopped you really have to step on the break pedal to hear it, but it sounds as if something has cracked.... Brakes were fine until today, im gonna pull the pads off and have a look tomorrow, but has anyone experienced this before? and why is it happening on both calipers all of a sudden?

My old man and I made 2 or 3, which i used on my ET Pulsar and at the very begining of owning my Skyline. They are very simple to make if you have a lathe which my old man does and some Aluminium. The spring rate is hard to get right but its a matter of trial an error. I then bought a HKS one and started having issues, this was when i realised Atmo BOV are hard to tune right, so i now run the Std plumbed back ....

anxiously waitin !! i would not recommend those cam pulleys tho 30K Kms saw my teeth wear about 0.5mm. HKS have a new set where they use a harder material for the outer ring....
