Noble what is happening with my o2 sensor...u dont even reply to the PM's that i have sent you at all! This is F**K'in ridicilous! more than 3 weeks now!

This problem has suddenly risen out of no where...but im suspecting it could be the power sterring pump...but then again its just a wild guess...anyway it makes a loud grinding noise as you start to turn the sterring wheel in any direction. Then after 5 mins of driving and the car warms up the noise is gone completely. And wont come back until the cars engine cools down again. Anyone got an idea what it going on...by the way its an R33 s1 with just over 100,000 ks on the clock, Cheers.

My diff makes a similiar noise to urs as well...its been like that since i bought the car, changed the diff oil once made no difference. So you guys say it is a Mechanical Diff? Whats the diff in the R33 s1 from the factory? not Mech i take it. How do you know its 1.5 or 2 way diff?

Got mine today and installed it...man what can i say...im impressed...didn't notice it spike at all, unlike my old shitty turbosmart one which spiked like no tomorrow, and boost seems to build quicker, and holds very well, think it only dropped like 0.5 psi at over 5000rpm. Can't wait to get it on the dyno to see the difference in the power curve beacuse of the different boost response. I'll keep yal posted as to how it goes. Great work by mark!

Any noticable differences after installing this controller zymotic? I am going to be getting one of these for my 33 myself. Can anyone please post some picks or diagrams of it properly set up on a R33. Cheers.

can someone post me their power loss data values please. I have done the power loss test but im unsure of the accuracy of it as it wasnt a perfect straight flat road. None around here that long to say the least. This is for a R33 series 1 if anyone has the values for it.

I have a question regarding the Vaccum hose that connects from the intercooler piping and then hooks up with the bleed valve then goes to the wastegate actucator. May sound like a stupid question but is it better drill a hole and to run the vaccum hose before the intercooler(between the turbo and the intercooler) or after the intercooler(between the intercooler and the plenum)? Does it have much effect on the way the bleed valve will work considering there is a slight pressure drop after the compressed air goes through the intercooler and then into the engine?
