Noble what is happening with my o2 sensor...u dont even reply to the PM's that i have sent you at all! This is F**K'in ridicilous! more than 3 weeks now!

This problem has suddenly risen out of no where...but im suspecting it could be the power sterring pump...but then again its just a wild guess...anyway it makes a loud grinding noise as you start to turn the sterring wheel in any direction. Then after 5 mins of driving and the car warms up the noise is gone completely. And wont come back until the cars engine cools down again. Anyone got an idea what it going on...by the way its an R33 s1 with just over 100,000 ks on the clock, Cheers.

My diff makes a similiar noise to urs as well...its been like that since i bought the car, changed the diff oil once made no difference. So you guys say it is a Mechanical Diff? Whats the diff in the R33 s1 from the factory? not Mech i take it. How do you know its 1.5 or 2 way diff?

Got mine today and installed it...man what can i say...im impressed...didn't notice it spike at all, unlike my old shitty turbosmart one which spiked like no tomorrow, and boost seems to build quicker, and holds very well, think it only dropped like 0.5 psi at over 5000rpm. Can't wait to get it on the dyno to see the difference in the power curve beacuse of the different boost response. I'll keep yal posted as to how it goes. Great work by mark!

Any noticable differences after installing this controller zymotic? I am going to be getting one of these for my 33 myself. Can anyone please post some picks or diagrams of it properly set up on a R33. Cheers.

can someone post me their power loss data values please. I have done the power loss test but im unsure of the accuracy of it as it wasnt a perfect straight flat road. None around here that long to say the least. This is for a R33 series 1 if anyone has the values for it.

I have a question regarding the Vaccum hose that connects from the intercooler piping and then hooks up with the bleed valve then goes to the wastegate actucator. May sound like a stupid question but is it better drill a hole and to run the vaccum hose before the intercooler(between the turbo and the intercooler) or after the intercooler(between the intercooler and the plenum)? Does it have much effect on the way the bleed valve will work considering there is a slight pressure drop after the compressed air goes through the intercooler and then into the engine?

I'm pretty sure you also gotta disconnect the electrical connector that is attached to the stock boost contorller solenoid. Its a small plug with like 2 wires only. Im guessing its probably because of that.

I have one of MAXX's CAI you all should know how it looks like...will your steel air duct work with this CAI Box? I just need to know it will fit before i make this purchase. Cheers.

1 Turbosmart Supersonic Type 3 BOV for sale. Used for 10 months only on the 1 car. Came of an R33. Comes with R33 Adapter (which by the way is sold seperately by Turbosmart) and original box, also weld on adpater if ur going to put it onto another car. In good working order. Yeah probably something wrong with your stocko bov...mine never fluttered once when i had a fmic and pod with the stocko bov. I realise the stocko one opens even at very low revs thats why i never got any flutter whatso ever. try putting a diff stock bov to test.

What gains at the rear wheels would i be lookin at? only prob is im still running standard ecu standard injectors. i'm guessing not much.

Does it use the standard exhaust manifold to bolt on to? or do you need to have a new one made up?
