No one has Tein HR?!

Does anyone have tein HR adjustable suspension on their R33. Just wondering what the ride, handling, ease of adjustment is like? Does adjustment of ride height on the HR's make a huge difference to ride softness? I dont think HR's are damper adjustable. thanks again

All, just after standard GTR intercooler pic and dimensions. My R33 s2 GTS-t has finally arrived and is ready for complience. It has a few goodies in the boot amongst which is perhaps a GTR intercooler. Thanks

Just wondering what mods must be made to a R33 GTST (series 2 96) in the compliance process? My car will be complied in the next few weeks.

Well if thats the case then the wheel must just about be the only difference between series 1.5 and 2.

How does the 5 speed gearbox in the R33 compare to say an SS commodore 5 speed manual? What about the clutch? I have not driven my car yet as it is on its way from Japan, but drove an SS the other day and found the gear change and clutch to be to coarse and heavy for my liking. I hope the R33 is smoother.

I think the Series 2 looks much tougher with its more aggressive bonnet lines and bumper.

I gather you are getting an R34, which will require 5 stud mags. The rims for sale are 4 stud. cheers

Thanks people I'm glad I have this steering wheel never really took to the later model series 2 sports wheel.

Sounds good, so long as the freight cost is not huge. The car I have purchased is on its way by boat from Japan. I will see it at the end of the month, then it goes to WA for compliance. THe rims on it are 17' and dont look to bad, but the drift R rims look much better. What proce can you do the both sizes for with tyres. I'll be after 235 for the front and probably 245 or 255 for the rear ,so I guess that would mean 8' wide rim for front and 9' wide for the rear. look forward to your reply

I have 17' lenso Av7's for sale 4 x 114.3 stud in brand new condition, with tyres traveled less than 1000km. Looked awsome on a 180sx, would suit the MR2. All In the not too distant future I will be after some 17' or 18' Drift R rims from ROH The rims will be for 1996 R33 skyline. Must be in excellent condition. Shane

Price is negotiable im not sure of the offset but the figure that keeps coming to me is 30mm. Im sure that if it fits 180sx/silvia it should go on the skyline. cheers

OK, have you checked the stud pattern dimesions? Will put them in trader unless you put your claim on them.

I put a towbar on my 180sx when I had it! you should see the looks you get when towing a motorbike, better still backing a boat into the water!

4 stud?! Measure the distance accurately between the centres of each hole. If you measure 114.3 ish then they should fit. Offset shouldn't be a problem.
