    Defintely the speed is attributed to alot more factors than just HP, and in F1 the maker and breaker is Aerodynamics + Setup.

    The tail is all one peice, the only part that comes off is the cover.

    I think it'll be a bit hard to find. you'll probably need to buy a normal one and take it to a panel beater to fill them up

    well its sounds like bad seals, from my experiences you wont be able to fix that. you will need to get a new light
