Nearly complete solution for a large turbo setup, just add the turbo. Comes with Xforce high-rise manifold and a custom 4" front pipe which plumbs up nicely to the normal mounting position. The wastegate is plumbed back into the front pipe. Wastegate is a Turbosmart Progate 48MM. The manifold and wastegate have done around 2000klm's and are in EC. It comes with the two Vbands clamps and 7+14 psi springs. Manifold cost me $600 Progate cost $850 4" Exhaust $400 = $1850 Selling for $900 No offers thanks. First with a deposit gets it. Cheers [email protected]

Looking for a cheap front cut to temporarily replace my RB30 conversion. It must have EVERYTHING in the engine bay but I don't need the gearbox, brakes, struts or panels/bumpers etc. Cheers

Got some spare bits after some more work. Excuse the sales guff from my ebay description for the punters..... As sold by www.uniqueautosports.com, a standard rb25det manifold modified to suit an external wastegate setup. The standard units flow big horsepower no problems and doesn't crack and break like the stupid wank stainless one I have had to have to fit to suit a very large turbo. I previously used this with a GT35 and it fitted my R33 with no mods other than another flange spacer. Oh how I wish I could go back to cast iron..... The flange has been cut off so you can weld on whatever flange/vband you need. From the above supplier they retail for $690 although they do charge like wounded bulls (there service is great!). I made nearly 300RWKW with this setup (the pics shows an older turbo setup). FREE ADVICE, even after spending $800 (wholesale) bucks on a supposedly decent stainless manifold they still can crack! Keep to cast or get some mild steel ones made up by someone decent. $250 no offers Standard Intake manifold off a S1 R33 Skyline GTS-T. In good condition (not sure how you would wear one out actually) and comes with the expensive gasket under the plenum (in GC) and bolts etc. Perfect for someone who wants to custom make a front facing throttle body setup. $150 no offers RB25DET Throttle body. Good condition. Good for replacement or upgrade! $50 no offers Please no stupid questions. First in to PAY get them. [email protected] Melbourne pickup or can organise post if I have too.

Just fitted a genuine Greddy and Q45 TB to my S1 R33 GTS-T 25/30. The cable is too long (just) and the cable sheath is too short (probably by around 5-6cm). I made a bracket to make it fit...not really well though as it pulls from an angle and looks shit. I have also researched this extensively and have yet to find anyone that can advise me on a suitable direct replacement ie r31 etc. I looked at a VL/99 pulsar/late model pintara and all seemed to be about the same size as the original. I will be getting a custom one made up when I get some time. I have included some pic's of my setup, I hope they help. The job has yet to be finished so ignore the liberal use of hose etc. Note the bracket from the original manifold that should be used is also mounted. Funny side story, after fitting all was good except for the BOV. It did its job too well and literally blew off. If someone helps you, check there work....... Pics of Greddy fitment

No one has fitted one of these? I thought they were the dogs nuts! -
Couple of questions for anyone that has fitted one of these units. 1. Do these manifolds accomodate the AAC and air bleed valve like the standard unit? 2. From my research on the manufacturers site, the only mod needed to be done is the throttle cable re-position (and the IC piping and blow off valve of course). I can't imagine its that easy. Are there any more changes that need to be done? Cheers

Oil Control In Rb's For Circuit Drag Or Drift
the_tonkau replied to Sydneykid's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Sorry for the bad news Guilt Toy . Keep in mind that a failed oil pump will kill any engine even if it has forgies and good rods/bearings etc. My 25/30 vct engine has no restrictors but one oil feed blocked off. It had a set of new(apprently) lifters put in during the build but it tics quite loudly on one cyclinder ( I think only one) for a few seconds after start up..... I suppose I will have to try changing the lifters first but its super pricey for new ones and using s/h ones could be dodgy and doubling the job if they are stuffed too! In the past for me , s/h lifters have manage to suck in gunk when transferred from one head to another. As they fully extend with no load when you take them out, mine seem to have become clogged and you can't clean them!! Good luck! -
Comes with all wiring/hoses etc. VGC. $450 NO offers. 0411403081 [email protected]

Hey SK, I'm thinking that your ctrl, a, c and v keys must be worn out....your a good man. On topic, my fresh 25/30 (walbro enabled) was on the dyno today, we ran out of pump @ around 4500rpm and 14psi. Was wondering when it would run out of grunt...Oh well, will test pressure and flow tomorrow to confirm its death. Denso/Bosch, here I come!
