Raffle Tickets will cost $2ea items that will be raffled off are all donated from supporters more details on whats available as items arrive
All profits will be going into a VIC EVENT FUND this means future events like Dyno Days etc.. will be cheaper for all.
There will be no BBQ
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EVENT ENTRY:
By entering the premises you acknowledge full and sole responsibility for your actions, there will be a zero tolerance attitude taken at this event. You also agree you will not hold JDMST, The organizers, affiliates or sponsors responsible. You also agree to and/or understand the following:
• Any damage or property loss caused to the premises or you as an individual caused by individuals will be the sole responsibility of the individual who caused it – JDMST and its organizers will not be held responsible.
• That the premises are under constant video surveillance and as such registration details and other forms of identification may be taken and used in evidence if required. As this is a private event you may have your vehicle details recorded as well.
• To follow the terms and conditions outlined by the owners and operators of the location as listed on the board before entry.
• You also acknowledge that you may be asked to leave at any time and must do so – once asked to leave you’re deemed a trespasser. Failure to leave when asked will result in the police being called and any/all details passed along.
• Photographs and video are permitted and encouraged.
• Excessive engine revving, loud music and other forms of noise pollution are to be kept to a minimum.
• Anyone caught breaking traction accidental or otherwise will be told to leave immediately and full details passed on to the police.
To summarise, you’re welcome to enter and enjoy the JDMST EOYM but please do it in a responsible manner, remember there will be a zero tolerance attitude taken at this event. And as always, be safe be respectful and enjoy the event.
