  4. I've been having the same problem for ages with next to no power steering (which made the GOR cruise very interesting!). I'm leaving hicas and getting a lock bar. But think I might look see if my problem is a dry solder in the boot. Thanks Odium for the info there
  5. GT Laguna Seca is far from the iRacing version, Tyre models as well in GT haven't really changed ever and feels like your driver slot cars half the time in a smash up derby!
  6. Sorry about that! All updated direct from iRacing results for Liam's time and Justin's time
  7. Yeah first post went a little strange when I posted, it went everywhere!
  8. Not sure why the number mixed up, do you mean the style of the numbers? Will have a look in the replay but sounds like an iRacing bug, report it to them when you get the chance
  9. What a great way to start the series! Clean, safe and fun racing had by all!!! Here are the results - Next month sees the series at Laguna Seca on Wednesday the 2nd of July. Plenty of time to practice!
  10. Practice starts in 20mins. Practice runs for 50mins so if you turn up at 8:30 there will still be time to run a few laps before the qualifying session
  11. So an hour left before the 1st round, hope to see you all on track and having fun
  12. Yeah, same here!!! You can start from the pits if you want some breathing space though
  13. If people are looking at joining the photo shoot and getting their deposits paid let me or Clarence know soon and we can get your name down on the list. Being an open event it will be advertised to other clubs so don't miss a spot in what will be a great night with an awesome photographer!
  14. One more night till the first round is upon us! If you haven't already head over to iRacing.com and sign up to the league, just search SAU Vic iRacing Championship And if anyone else has a number they want in particular on their car let me know otherwise I'll just numbers the cars in the order they appear on the league page.
  15. * can see myself in the SRF going very quickly off track! *
  16. I so hope not! And again, I so hope not!
  17. Think I'll do a bit of practice later tonight if I get the chance, not sure which I'll drive yet I do like the Solstice for an easy fun drive but maybe the Spec Racer or perhaps the MX5 Cup, no not the MX5, bah!!! But maybe the MX5!!! So need to practice!
  18. Done and done 13 and 08 are now taken
  19. There was a lunch time today!? Must have missed it
  20. 2 days till the first round of the SViRC, if there is a particular car number you would like either PM me or quote this comment with the number you would like on the side of your auto and I'll add that in the iRacing League. Happy practicing!
  21. Going from experience with importing (other things than cars) I would again advise an import broker. But from looking at this thread it looks like you have made up your mind so I say do it and be sure to post back here on how you go
  22. I started a couple of races without the steering wheel plugged in the power. kinda funny when you come to your first corner and have no steering!
