Come join SAU Vic for an afternoon of Go Karts and food on the 20th of September. Starting with a race at Le Mans Go Karts followed by post race eats 10mins down the road at Hog's Breath Cafe its sure to be a great day out. This is an open event to members and non-members of SAU Vic so feel free to invite a friend or family member to join in on the fun! 11:30am meet with an approx 12pm race start. approx 1:30pm post race meal at Hogs breath Cafe (Dandenong) This time we will be entering using the 'Arrive and Drive' prices. Once we are there the choice out of two sessions will be made. Maybe you want to race only one session or perhaps both, all up to the driver 1. 10min, 1 session - $32 (non-member of Le Mans) - $27 (Le Mans Members) - $23 kids 2. 20min, 2 sessions - $57 (non-member of Le Mans) - $50 (Le Mans Members) - $42 kids So on the day just bring your entry fees and go racing!! Well that is what happened! The mount is a killer!!! Had my first time in a V8 without crashing too, might be driving the Holden a bit more now

Fun race on the mount even with just two. Next month things are back to normal with a race at Lime Rock Park. Join in first Wednesday of the month

Car line up for tomorrow will include - Both the Ford (FG01) and Holden V8 super cars. MX5 Cup Ford Spec Racer VW Jetta Unfortunately this is all the cars that iRacing will allow so I can't add any more. So really this round is just for a bit of fun on the mount. See you on track tomorrow night

Noted, easy to put in. It is a no points round so a bit of fun more than anything

With the next round coming at Bathurst I'm thinking of adding more cars than just the V8 super cars. What might people like to drive around to mount? perhaps gt3 or maybe coast around in an MX5..? Let me know what you think

Now its that time again, time for an SAU Vic monthly meet. For August we will be heading back to GC (Garage Cafe). A great place to eat and catchup for any auto enthusiast. Come for a chats, laughs and stories from our last event at the ever popular DECA. Its also a perfect time to come say hello, meet and talk to some club members. This event is open to everyone so feel free to bring your friends and family. So mark it in your diaries and see you on the 12th of August from 7pm

What a great day indeed!!! my first DECA is hopefully the start of more to come!!! Big big thanks to the SAU Vic DECA crew - Bec, Ryan, Leon and Wayne (if there are more thank you too!) Also thanks to all the people who helped on the day, things like this wouldn't be possible without people like you And last but not at all least thank you to those who were competing, hope you had a blast and that we will see you all for the next one
