Great turn out tonight for the monthly meet, was an awesome venue to try out for a change too. Thanks to everybody that came was great to meet a few new faces too. Hope to see some of you up DECA way on the 25th for our next event

With a two man race tonight thing couldn't have been more intense! Was on the edge of my seat the whole time! Race Results - Season Standings - Join us next month for another Aus track round, will be mixing things up a little and will post here in a day or so to see what everyone thinks

Sunday 27th September The 2015 event will run in two separate divisions. Social Drive for beginners and enthusiasts who want to take their car for a nice drive on interesting roads by following a simple set of directions (no traps). No special requirements, just a current drivers license and a passenger or two to read you the directions Championship course for those competing in the HRA Touring series and Standard Car class championships. This is a challenging tulip route course for cams affiliated club members. a Cams level 2NS license or better is required. Licenses at this level can be purchased from CAMS website or applied for on the day. No experience is necessary to enjoy this event and you won't be alone as a new starter. All you need is a registered road car, licensed driver and a passenger who can read and interpret basic route instructions. Many crews bring extra passengers to help out and make it a fun day. Please note this NOT a speed event. All Victorian road rules will apply. The Event starts in Eltham and tours through the picturesque Yarra ranges and Yarra valley areas. It will take approximately 4 hours in total to complete the event, including a rest stop. A BBQ lunch is available at the finish destination. It's a great way to spend your Sunday with family or friends. We are expecting a capacity field this year, places allocated only on receipt of official entry. Don't miss out, book now! So another round over and done with, and what a race it was! After 20 laps I was exhausted!!! Anyways here are the results from the race - Prac and Qualifying - And here are the standings for the season thus far - Thanks a heap for a great race everyone, was more than fun!!! Something different this month with a venture to another part of town to try out some burgers and shakes! Come down to Jerry's Burgers and Shakes on the 8th of July and catch up with your fellow members. With around 30 burgers and over 30 shakes to choose from there bound to be something for everyone! If you have never been to one of our events the Monthly Meets are a perfect time to come and meet some of us So keep 7pm onwards free on the 8th July and come feast on some great food with SAU Vic!

Its that time of the month again for the SAU Vic monthly meet. Come down and say 'Hi' at the Garage Cafe from 7pm and have a chat with your fellow SAU Vic members. If you have never been to one of our events then this is a great time to come down and meet some of us This month anyone attending will have the chance of winning a 'Nissan Nismo Motorsport' flag. Perfect to wave around at a track day or go straight onto the wall of a shed. Just come up to the SAU Vic flag and grab a raffle ticket when you get there. Thanks to all that came down tonight for our May monthly meet. A few new faces which is always good to see. Big congrats to everyone who received trophies for last years SAU Vic Motorsport, GoKarts and iRacing. Keep a look out for upcoming events and motorsport rounds

Thankfully I was able to get back in!!! Couldn't change car though had to stick with the mx5. lol You need to go to the league page and join the race from there, find the session and after 8pm click the green steering wheel on the right. iRacing leagues can be a bit confusing at times try a couple of times with other hosted/league races to get the hang of it.

Ok so results for tonight's round are in. Congrats to Jonathan Gage who was a mile a head of the field and took first. Was a great race with plenty of action and lots of fun!!! And as for the season standings -
