Hey all, tell me how stupid this sounds. I have an NA 2+2 300zx and just purchased a 91 twin turbo and strip it after pulling and swapping the engine. I need to know if i should notify Vicroads of the engine change or keep it as is untill i get a defect and or get my full license. I figured it would be best i do that because if a cop runs my reg he will not assume that it's TT Opinions please!
