  1. Im going for the GTRS, at about 18psi. I hear a few people are worried about pushing the neo motor, are they really that much to worry about? You car must go quiet well! Im quite happy with mine with the stock turbo at its limits.
  2. Cheers, I think ill turn down the boost a tad. I have more mods to come soon including a larger turbo and injectors Z32 etc. Im not going to install a FPR because of the future mods, if I was going to leave the car as it is then I would have one installed. What sort of turbo are you running and at what boost?
  3. Hey all, Do anyone know the size of the standard RS4 S injectors. I am currently running approx 190rwkw with a pfc, trust front mount, full exhaust and 12.5psi However I am getting injector duty cycles of up to 98% I have just replaced the fuel pump however was told that the standard pump was working fine ( I replaced it really for future mods) which made no difference. Are the stagea injectors smaller than others? I was under the impression that the stock turbo would not max out the standard injectors, and it was only until you replaced the turbo that the injectors needed upgrading. Cheers Dave
  4. They are Focal Tweeters and they have quite a large magnet so they wont fit in the standard tweeter case. they only fit if they are basically magnitized to the body of the car, then the standard tweeter grill only just fits on.
  5. Thanks for that, Ill give it a go... im hoping that the extra few mm wont make the tweeters too deep.
  6. Stagea RS4 S, but I want a wheel that really fills out the guards, not just a standard +35 x 8 wide.
  7. What offsets can you get??
  8. Hey all, I tried to install the tweeters from my slpits in the standard tweeter pillar location and the only way I could get them to fit was to basically have the magnet of the tweeter attach itself to the boddy of the car. The magnet was more than strong enough to support itself. It JUST fit with the standard perforated cover back on. Is this going to effect the sound quality of the tweeter? or over time destroy the tweeter? I took it out just in case I would be damaging my speakers. Thanks Dave
  9. the spoiler is very unfortunate looking, especially considering that it is going to cost a bit to remove at a panel shop.. what are these japs thinking with these massive spoilers??
  10. This may be a stupid question but do you think the difference is the same as other cars? considering the GTR is rear wheel drive bias, and something like an evo is constant 4x4?
  11. yeah, Pete is there as well Sabbadin and Rank Rotary are now the same place..
  12. Do it all at once id say, it wont cost you that much more.. My trusted work Shop is Sabbadin Automotive. They have modified a few cars for me over the years and I am very happy with the service, their knowledge, and prices. He is just of the princess hwy near springvale road. Call Rob 9558 4422
  13. I fit a mountain bike in the back seat of my R33 2 Door... just had to remove the front tyre
  14. Your spot on, there is no way 200rwkw would get you 117mph... I think something is wrong here..
  15. Happy Birthday buddy!!!
  16. offset?? width?? tyre brand and size??
  17. cheers buddy.. are there any tricks? or to you just lever a screw driver behind the a piller and gently ease it off?
  18. How do you get the A pillar cover off to get to the tweeters? Im afraid of breaking the plastic..
  19. Congrats buddy.... nice 34 you have picked up!
  20. I can also say that these are one of the best subs around.. I have two in my car and they are fantastic.. Good luck with the sale
  21. It will be interesting to see how much power you can get out of the stock air box.. I have found that it was a big restiriction by two different tuners however some people out there seem to pull reasonable numbers with them.
  22. I bought my stagea off them and a mate bought a V35 and found both cars to be be best I have looked at and I have loved the Stagea... I know that they also back up their warranty and have found them to be very good. Let me know if you need a hand
  23. does your stagea look stock? they must have know what they were on about to even pick on your xenons..
  24. Ive had a few in the last 10 years in order and aquite a few over lapped. 1972 LJ Torana 1989 Nissan Pathfinder 1992 BMW 318i 1999 Audi TT 1995 R33 GTST 2004 Hilux 1992 Bluebird 4x4 turbo 2003 Monaro (current) 1996 Mitsubishi GTO 2002 Audi A4 Quattro (current) 1999 Stagea (current) I think thats it.. its had to look at that list and think about all the money i have wasted!!!
  25. Hey buddy, I recently bought a Series 2 RS4-S (the 's' is the manual version) and I love it... Fuel isnt that bad at all. Power upgrades for mine are exactly the same as an R34 Skyline which is really handy etc ECU Turbo etc.. I have no regrets at all buying one, and love it as a daily driver.. on your budget you wont be finding a manual one but $15000 may step you into a series 2 however they are generally a little more. If you have any questions let me know..
