  1. What sort of power could be expected at the wheels running this turbo?? i.e what is its efficent boost limit (12,14-16psi?). Will it bolt up without changing a single fitting or bolt??
  2. I am sorting out a 12 sec R33 gtst setup. I am running a GCG stage 1 highflow @16-18psi, power fc etc,etc. My question is how many people have tried aftermarket cams, such as HKS or Tomei and the like. What sort of perfromance gains did they net?? and are they believed to be necessary running the above boost?? What setups are people usung to put down consistant 12 sec 1/4 miles.
  3. SO the duty cycle is what I see happening on the boost gauge?? It doesnt really bother me but I just wanted know whether it was normal. AS for your comment on question two, I figured someone on this forum would have done this before. The only reason I put it all back together was that, to get at the wires inside the garnish u need to separate the two halves which are now 9 year old plastic. If u are game or a workshop is game to do this on a car without breaking it then sweet. I will track a broken one down at a wreckers or something so that I can work out the best way of getting inside it without ****ing the existing one on the car now.
  4. People with Power FC! I just bought a R33 with one of these. It has the APexi Boost control add on so the Power FC controls the boost. It is set at around 0.7-0.8 bar which is fine. But when you boot it the boost gauge flickers 0.7-0.8 bar, its like the apexi boost control opens and closes very quickly, thus controlling the boost. Is this normal?? U cant feel it inside the car but u can quite easily see it on the boost gauge. Question two = Does anyone know how to get the rear SKYLINE garnish to illuminate?? It has wires going inside it and these wires have power, but it doesn't light up. I am too scared to pull it apart for fear of breaking it. Thanks.

  9. Umm, I am interested. But for someone who doesn't know much about cars. On paper a triple plate clutch is like 2700 to replace.Rebuild it maybe 1200ish. plus labor. There is a similar R33 in the trading post for 22500 230rwkw.How much rego is left and are u prepared to get a RWC???. Before I will talk price seriously I and many oters would like these questions answered. thanks.
  10. I have heard from Two sources recently, that number 2 and 4 injector pack up some how, which results in the entire fuel rail and injectors being replaced. Both sources seem to think that it is a common problem. Has anyone had similar experience or problem?? I think both are being bullshitted too.
