  1. I think you mean to say, "I gotta suck back the booze"
  2. Do you want us to come on the 17th, or Saturday? Saturday is the 18th Ill try and make it.
  3. The meeting time @ School Rd for the GT cruise is now 9am. Leave around 9:30. Please reply to this and give your acknowledgement. Ill pm people who dont reply, or ring them if i know them. Should make for a better drive. Don't forget to suck the booze.
  4. Prank - Me and some others from SAU are hitting the booze in a major way on saturday night. 0411870159 if you want in. House Party. Sunday morning we are having a very hungover dyno day. $20 a go. Gimme a call either way. Suck the Booooze!
  5. I believe the qld laws state that any steering wheel, other than that which the car was complied with, is illegal. ie, factory or factory option only. Engineers cert would get around this. I will double check.

1 : slip 2 : gary 3 : stevie wonder 4: belgarion 5 : shane 6: locutus 7: jlnewton 8: john 9: george 10: kryz 11: hilly 12: Motox this is the final 100% done deal. Anyone thats filming, dont waste good battery life on belgarion and motox, they spend more time spinning out that an unemplyed, but rich, pothead.
  7. Given that the 350Z is a 2 seater only, I don't think thats very good advice mate. Probably should learn a bit more about a car before you recommend it
  8. Bah, hes getting free advertising, he can afford it
  9. How long is a peice of string?
  10. Maybe if you looked at some car yards you might find an Evo, instead of just on the internet. Evo without a doubt. If im buying a high performance car, i couldnt give a stuff about the windows, its about the driving experience.
  11. well i think you just contradicted yourself there. 17x8 114.3 will fit, if they are 5 stud, and the correct offset. "wif pod 100" i assue you mean PCD. 114.3 and 100 are PCD's. Which is it? I think you are meant to have less offset for a GTR. Ohlins are good. Try to know what you are asking instead of just throwing useless numbers at us, as we cant do anything with them.
  12. Steve thats amazing, have to hire out a track..... I did the manual conversion myself, and a brake workshop did the upgrade. Neither of which will be helpful to you by the sounds of things. Good luck with it.
  13. 9am it is.
  14. How could it cost $2000 for a certificate? They just need to inspect the car and certify that it is safe. My brake upgrade with custom fabrication front/rear, 4 separate spacers on the front, commodore, R32, import and aussie R31 parts passed with a $100 inspection. It was deemed safe, and it works damn well, so its fine. My gearbox conversion mod plate cost me $80. All they have to do is inspect the car, i do not understand how it could be $2000 dollars, unless at $50/hr it takes them 40hrs to deem it roadworthy/safe. $3500 to do an emissions test? Have you researched this with the proper authorities and are 100% on those figures? Is this just what people have told you? An emissions test does not cost $3500 to do. i am in qld
  15. nah, got all my other stuff from there though. wouldnt be any point in having them if you didnt have good pads/rotors/fluid.
  16. He went round the corner in the opposite direction to what he was originally doing it in. Good one John. I would replace all the suspension arms, personally, if it smashed a wheel. 1-2mm out = stuffed alignment. Get it fixed for the 5th!
  17. it would be easier to just get custom manifolds made up and use GTR turbos, or other. 33 GTST turbos....
  18. Grrr - his kawasaki has ample power to get it sideways. Power is not the issue, its riding style, and the power delivery of the bike, setup, etc. He came from a speedway background, so thats how he always rode. Mini Me - brand new DR650, full staintune system, Laced 17" road wheels, airbox/filter mods, rejetted, geared down, new bars, strip weight, 2nd hand race tyres, suspension at both ends, should be fun. Only got 600k's on it, so its not even run in yet. I wont ride it too much. One of the things i love about them, is that they are cheap to crash.
  19. ph, has it increased with the modification level, have you been naughty, anything like that? It would cost me 1200 or so to insure comprehensively, with bulk excess. Something to do with all these fines and modifications.... Still a bit of a ripoff for a car with $4000 market value at best.
  20. How would everyone go with a 9am start?
  21. that happens to a lot of guys chaos. couple of years ago in WSBK Ben bostrom's setup was great, ass end of the bike used to sway from side to side. dads building a supermotard right now, but we wont be backing it in like that! that takes bulk skill.

    The Qld Club

Some sponsors take 1 phone call to get, others take months. This is all we are waiting on as gary said. The Joy

    Why?????

People dont seem to hang onto my oh shit handles. Bracing with the legs and left arm seems to be popular. They probably know that in an old box, its pretty much guaranteed to rip out if they hang onto it.

    Why?????

and why we got in trouble at Morgan Park.....
