floody - Saliva/180sx are about +35 from memory, R31 is about +25. Bollocks. Std S13 wheels have SLIGHTLY less offset than std silo wheels. I say this because with the same set of 215/60 R15 tyres, they rubbed on the front struts when on the s13 wheels. 33 offset at the absolute minimum with 16's. Thats what I have, I want more. 38 would be better.

youll need to do some more research. My konis are adjustable, but you have to remove the shock, fully compress it, and rotate the rod to adjust the damping, there are no external adjusters so they dont LOOK adjustable. Maybe have a look at your rear camber, and make sure there is no rear toe out as previously suggested. Might have excessive rear camber. I would even take it to a suspension specialist, get them to look at all the suspension mods and alignment, then drive the car, and work from there.
