  1. Trust me Kamikaze, it's a S2 grille. I'll post a pic tonight....it came off my S2 car!
  2. I have my original grille laying around. It's the black one with the red "S" on it. The front of it sits flush between the bonnet and front bar rather than pushed back like GTR style. Let me know via PM.
  3. Dan, I've got the exact same "rice" that you talk about. Cept I used an HKS Direct Bright 60mm boost gauge to match my dash and can tell you now, the HKS meter is a lot brighter and bluer than my dash on full glow and full blue setting. Would be hard to match perfectly but I love my HKS gauge all the same. You'll be surprised what it costs to get brand new....I got for about $250 with pillar holder brand new from greenline....not that expensive in my opinion....it's mechanical of course....just more food for thought....
  4. I can also recommend rocket and ARIAS pistons. I don't have rb26 tho, only 25 but got the 20 thou oversize and am loving having 6 cylinders again....sweeeeeeeet Build quality on pistons is great too.

  10. I believe it was a factory option, like ABS. I know my S2 (definitely a 96 so definitely S2) doesn't have either, nor does it have a rear wiper or sunroof. Standard features do include the front driver and passenger airbags tho. Hope that helps
  11. Check this out, notice the thing was actually bid on by 8 people and someone ended up paying 10.5K US! Unbelievable. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...6&category=6256 :bonk:

  14. Could try Spoiler Shop in Myaree for meshing :uh-huh:
  15. As bOO5t said, feel free to ask me any questions about what bar modification needs to be done. My car is a manual though so I couldn't tell you anything about whether an auto transmission cooler will get in the way. Good luck with the purchase.
  16. Like bOO5t said lukits, if you have any questions about the install into a series2 skyline, feel free to ask me any questions. Mine is a manual so i have no idea about the transmission cooler for the auto. I unfortunely was without my digicam when i did the install so can't show you exactly what i did. Basically, you will need to grind away little bits of the inside of the bumper support to make the cooler fit at the top. You will also have to drill the hole in your inside front driver's guard to get the piping through to the engine bay from the outlet of the cooler. Everything else should bolt in. You don't HAVE to remove your grill but for the simple manner of a few bolts, it will make getting to the bolt to "hang" your cooler off considerably easier. If you have the stock S2 front bar then you will need to get a spoiler place to grind it away around the middle section and the two lower intakes to fit the cooler and pipework respectively. If you want, there's a pic of my car in the galleries and you can see where i cut the front bar to fit the pipework. Other than that, it's a great kit/cooler. Good luck!!
  17. Thanks very much all for the replies. Cooks44 Champ I will have to investigate further with clarion. My head unit is CeNet compatible and fairly top of the range by the looks of it. Will definitely look into it further. Maybe if i get DVD stacker i have just the excuse to buy that TV i've been wanting for a while :uh-huh:
  18. if you buy a dvd player for your car (in dash say) from ebay, does it play region 4 dvd's or only region 1's? ie, are they region free?
  19. Hi guys (and girls), Was wondering if anyone knew if i could connect a MP3 stacker up to my existing deck. I already have a CD stacker but would like mp3. Only trouble i have is that my stereo is an addzest unit so i'm wondering two things:- a) does clarion make an mp3 stacker? B) will it connect to my existing azzest head unit? Appreciate any informed responses that people can offer. Cheers!
